Same thing is happening to me. So frustrating that they ignore these comments but respond to others. The fact that anytime we change the remote battery we have to pay for a technician to come out reset the shades are outrageous. I wish I knew this prior to purchasing these extremely expensive shades.

How do I unpair a shade from a channel. My channel accidentally is controlling 2 shades right now and I want it to only control 1 of the shades.
