As someone who constantly reminds people to "be here now," I appreciate the Ram Dass shout-out. In an odd coincidence, I have a friend in NYC who's an older guy and would have been about your age in '72, and he turned me on to Ram Dass about 10-15 years ago. He even sent me these old recordings he took of his talks in person, back when he was still known as Richard Alpert. Great stuff. Up there in the pantheon with the likes of Timothy Leary and Terence McKenna.
This video is such a wholesome vibe, honestly love your life coach down to earth like, life advise. It is both very tingly and just so feel good positive. You should do a like, positivity/life coach/spirituality type asmr video if it's your vibe. Think you'd be ace doing more like this as like, a series. X
