Thank you for your honest and motivational video. Living close to your home country, I can totally relate to many issues you have pointed out. I still have not had a chance to watch all your videos, but would be so interesting if you could share some tips / advice on the right direction in settling in Thailand part-time, from your experience. I know there are a lot of resources, especially on visas etc., but I am thinking on more practical side of things. I (and I guess many others) am thinking on spending couple of months per year in Thailand while remotely working and I am looking forward if you make a video on this topic one day. If you already did one on this, I will try and find it :) On another note, actually, by watching your videos I wondered if you were a teacher or something since you relay information so well and in a very structured way. That's why your videos are so interesting and pleasure to watch. I can now see how your consultant role was probably so natural to you haha! Take care!

Hey Gabi, thank you for sharing your story. I relate a lot with your story and we kind of had a similar path. I also start working as a Bartender when I was 16 and used that wherever I went travelling and studying, but I´m 34 and Portuguese =). People keep asking this questions because in a way we all want to feel secure when taking some life changing decisions. I´m planning to move to Thailand shortly and you've been my source of info =). I am following your video and enjoy it . For those whom long for vacation and can not go due to we have limitations of time that all we can do 😀. You are lucky to be there and get away from it all . I think it is the best time to be there . Everything is nice and quiet . I feel like it is back in the old day when I was young before i left Thailand . I don’t feel like it is my home now but it is ok to go back and forth just to visit . No worry i think by Feb 2022 it will be open to the world !

What a horrendous difference in the world today, though, Gabi, compared with when you set out years ago on all your travels into freedom? The worldwide tyranny has even hit Thailand, so that one of its main 'selling points' - the inviting and beautiful 'Thai smile' - is now mandatorily masked and concealed by a dog muzzle (without people even being bothered about the horrific and poisonous inhumanity of it all!). Let's hope people wake up soon to what is being done to them, to us, to the world and say in one resounding voice: ENOUGH! Freedom is the very life-blood of a true human being.

Hi Gabi. Sounds like you have/had an incredible work ethic. Think you were entitled to a bit of burn out. Sounds like you're in a much better place right now. Good to hear about your background. I was curious as well imagining you were from a wealthy family and had no real money worries. Knew you were European but couldn't quite nail the accent. I also loved the lifestyle in Chiang Mai but now prefer Saigon as my go to location in S E Asia. I presume you've been to Vietnam. Make sure you drive safely on that bike ride from CM to Phuket. Roads in Thailand aren't noted for their safety.

Ho lavorato per ristorante giapponese a Milano, e sempre lavorato troppo. Ecco perche molto Stanca. Quando mi sono stancato sempre andare Thailandia o Vietnam. Sono Giapponese e mi piace tanto Giappone, pero a volte tutto troppo veloce per me. Prima di Milano anche lavorato a Parigi, e prossimo lavolo in Thailandia😃 Ritorno in Gippone lunedi e ritorno di nuovo Thailandia magari su Aprile. Lavorare come pasticcere con mia amica a Nan.
