as someone whos worked with a lot of stats, i think confusing correlation and causation creates some of the funniest examples known to man

The worst thing about Brad Pitt is that for his role in Se7en he had to learn how to not read, which has given him very little leeway in what sort of work he can pick but as long as they offer food, he's ok with it

Just a quick note. On the brown note. haha. It's not meant to trigger incontinence, but it's meant to rather resonate your sphincters to the point where you lose control of them and just shit yourself. It's impossible to achieve a unified one as it would greatly vary from person to person. The same kind of principle is used when discussing how to vibrate someone's eyesight away, by vibrating the humor in the eyes at it's natural frequency which could cause immense distress and warpiness in vision. This is much more likely as it is pretty much the same in most people.

As a phd student working on research explainign the resirgence of vinyl sales, i really appreciate the vinyl segment.
My research has no connection to milk, and now i feel im missing an important variable in my analysis.

When I learned statistics in uni my prof brough the example of stork population and babies. Hence, storks bring babies. But in the end the proof was that bigger cities have more warmth and storks like warm places. Also bigger population = more babies

😂 In a philosophy class, our professor gave us one of these graph "correlations" then told us sometimes graphs just overlap. It was a mindblowing revelation for us.

The fact that the rise/fall of people buying milk leads (as opposed to trails) the rise/fall of people buying vinyl truly cements the factual science that listening to vinyl causes you to buy milk.

What even is 2% milk? Where's the other 98%???

      Cream

I actually know the answer to this, after asking myself a similar question.
I wondered what the purpose of skim milk was, which is supposedly 0%.
Now I understand your question was meant as a joke, but both skim milk and 2% are byproducts of cheese making, specifically cottage cheese.
It takes 4 gallons of whole milk to make one pint of cottage cheese, and the byproduct of cottage cheese is skim milk.

Hey dude, thought I'd mention that I'm watching Nightmind's coverage of your ARG 10 tapes. I wanted to know, did you take any inspiration from Tribetwelve? The scenes where H is attacked share some traits I noticed. Glad to see you produce your own content independent of 10t as well btw! :)

    • @jeffiot
      @jeffiot  2 года назад +7

10t is overall a homage and celebration of the old slender-universe as well as more "modern" ARG's, but I specifically did not include any references or homages to TribeTwelve.

  • @pairot01

What you didn't talk about is that ALL of those graphs are manipulated. They have different scales for the y-axis and, most importantly, the 0 line doesn't match.
    They are just lies.
