I literally just purchased this flavoring to try it for myself. They actually call it Crème Bouquet where I got it from. The buttercream the store makes uses it and they let me sample it and it tasted great!
I ordered it from Amazon. Cream Bouquet and Wedding Bouquet are the same thing. I like it in my cakes as well. Especially when I make ths 5 flavor cake,
The dupe for this is princess cake and cookies emulsion by Loranns oils. At least it sounds like the dupe. Has the same flavors of citrus vanilla and almond

I seriously tried the frosting recipe, I added freeze dried raspberries and 4 true lemon packages ( if you don’t have this get it) omg I’m blown away super delicious. Oh and thank you for suggesting the Wedding Bouquet absolutely love it. I added it to the frosting instead of vanilla, hubby loves it.

Hi Karolyn! Is this flavor similar to bridal blend from Global Sugar Art? I was reluctant to try it, even though I am a huge fan of floral flavors like rose or lavender macarons. I used those flavors as examples because when I hear a flavoring called “bouquet “ or “bridal blend “, I naturally think of flowers. That's what I was thinking. I had an a lady asking for a wedding cake. She wanted Lavender and Lemon. Having never worked with it, I did some studying on the lavender,found a Branch that was to be the best on the market. It came in the mail, like Triple and Quadruple wrapped in boxes and bubble wrap. As soon as I opened the first part of the packing, I immediately smelt Lavender. So sure one of the bottles must have broke I continued trying to unwrap it. I finally got to the bottles and they were fine, wasn't even leaking. But WOW the smell was so strong. The lady ended up not ordering a cake. Not sure they ever got married honestly. So I am. Now the owner of two none returnable 6oz bottles of lavender extract lol. I wanted to try them, but I am not a big fan of lavender and I am not interested in eating flowers lol
I've never tried the Bridal Blend because I've been using this one for so long and never wanted to try something else! I'm not sure what is in that flavoring from GSA though.

Thank you! For the most part, I look up clipart images and pick which ones I want to use on my cakes. For example, if you're doing a woodland animal theme, you can search "Deer clipart" or "Squirrel clipart" and see what pictures you like to make for your cake. Then I try to add other fun details that go with the theme!
Well I love your vids Karolyn. And I sure want to try this flavor. After watching this video I immediately went to the website and bought some of this flavor from the B&B Cake Supplies. That was 9/5/23 and it is now 9/27/23. Nothing has shipped. I have talked to the sweet lady that makes this stuff via email a few times over the last few weeks. She mentioned the website has a problem with applying shipping. She has not sent me a refund nor has taken an additional payment for shipping and I still don’t have the product. I am totally ready to rectify payment cuz I REALLY want to try this stuff. But after 3 weeks of excuses and unfulfilled promises I am discouraged with this company and the customer service. I thought I would have had a resolution by now 😢. I guess I’ll never get to try this flavor.

I cut the tops off when I level them. So I don’t care if the tops get a little messed up from being stored upside down. If I store them right side up, the part that I’m keeping (the bottom of the cake) could get messed up.

I have been looking for a recipe for the white filling for cream filled donuts forever! Someone said it was just a thin buttercream but idk if I believe that, lol! I do not like Bavarian cream at all as I do not like pudding! So anyway… do you have a recipe for cream filled donuts filling. I figured if anyone did - you would! Thank you!
Thank you! I found recipes online and tried them and modified them to my liking. So I would add something and see how it turns out. If I liked it, I would keep it in the recipe! I'm not too sure about donut filling. It's lighter / airier than a regular buttercream. But I never made it so I'm not too sure what to recommend. Sorry about that!
I tried it and it tasted like perfume!! The owners mentioned they ran out and had to make a last minute batch… I’m wondering if that’s why? My cousin tried and didn’t like as well! I’m so sad!

I use a doctored mix recipe for my decorated cakes. My signature pound cakes are scratch. So I do both scratch and doctored mix baking!

It's vanilla with hints of citrus and almond. I keep it refrigerated, I have kept it for 6 months and it's been fine!

I’m sure you can try to use extracts, I’d try vanilla, almond/amoretto and lemon/orange and mix them till you get a ratio you like

I think the wedding bouquet is more of an almond butter flavor with cream bouquet has a citrus note , hope that helps. 😊

Nope! No need for butter or oil. We get the fat from the sour cream and milk!

What can I use to substitute shortening because I have tried to look for and I don't think we have it in South Africa
You can use all butter, it just won’t be as stable, I only use butter because I prefer the taste and it works just as good
I agree with Angela! Butter doesn't hold up as long in the heat as shortening. So just make sure you keep the cake in a cool area.
Use holsum...it is vegetable shortening.. here in South Africa
Dose it contain alcohol??
Yes, alcohol is the last ingredient on the list.
