- For this video I am reviewing the updated sizing for the Longines Legend Diver in 39mm. It's the perfect size for being an everyday watch, with the robustness of a diver that has some serious heritage.

Excellent take and video as always, the 39mm Legend definitely gives the BB58 a run for its money as the default do-it-all Mid-Teir Swiss diver value leader.
Thanks for the feedback on the Longines LD 39mm. Have a great weekend ahead 👍
Fantastic video, I’m picking this watch up next month after months of watch searching.
Great review of a great watch
And for those not in the luxury market; the Orient Weekly King Diver is my alternative.
Excellent video. I love my LLD39 Blue. Got it on the BOR, of course.. with the price difference it'd be silly not to get it with it if you can. For my 7" wrist, it fits quite perfectly. I almost instantly knew it would be a likely pick up in the near future when I had an opportunity to see and try it on about a month before its official announcement and release. I finally pulled the trigger as one of the first 2024 watch purchases.
I have to say I do find it a little strange they didn't bother to use and include the new clasp with tool-free micro-adjust that you see on the new Hydroconquest GMT. But, I usually can dial in the best fitment without such a clasp so not really an issue for me.
I had a BB58 Bronze prior. Although I also really enjoyed it. I felt a bit Tudor'd out as it has become a very common default "good buy" watch on nearly every RUclipsrs' channel. For very good reasons. I get it. But, I felt it would be better to switch up and go for something less mainstream... Although, can't deny Longines is coming back up with both their new and heritage reissues over the past few years and very strong most recently within the last 6 months. So, they may very well be almost as mainstream and commonly praised as Tudor.. though, I have to say Longines has a wider and more interesting variety of watches in their catalog. Tudor, for the most part, is all about the BB and Pelagos.
Great videos, brother. Informative and well made. However, I would advise that you work on your on-camera persona a little, just try to be a little freer. Subbed.
Great video !
Is it being accurate ?
Thanks
It's been running within COSC accuracy, thanks.
Are you able to operate the dive bezel while underwater? I'm just wondering since this is a dive watch, a diver would need to operate the dive bezel when they get in the water no?
I don't know that the Longines literature is clear on this, but I personally wouldn't unscrew the dive bezel crown while under water. Kind regards
selling your oem strap?
I actually sold the watch 😜. However I do have a new, long OEM strap for this watch, if you are interested
ah I see. im waiting on my JB tropics. Is it the same band shown in the video? if so, do you know the length? I have a ~6.6in wrist and dont want one too long.@@EverydayWatchGuy
Then the watch isn’t for you, is it.
|3 looks like 13 and 9| like 91
Tak ale mi się podoba.. fajny retro wygląd.
