Thank you for the tips, I'm in California and I've seen a similar pattern and caught more bass on rising water temperature since taking your advice. 😁

Hi Roland! Good day to you, sir. I like your tip for the digital thermometer! I never thought of that, that's so simple but so good! I have to get one of those for my tackle pack.

I live in South Africa and went fishing this weekend. The water was so warm it felt like bath water. However, my son and i caught over 100 fish in 4 hours. Sadly, only about 3 fish was maybe more than 3 to 4 pounds. Do you think the remp had something to do with it? We had to fish very slowly to get the fish to bite.

That heat wave wa terrible. I’m in Botswana and we had temps of 41 degrees celcius daily for 3 weeks. On Sunday I was on a float tube and the water was warm and cooler in some spots. I think where they meet was where the bigger fish were hanging out. The smaller fish were actually hitting the flying insects on top water near the shore. I saw this and was amazed.

Roland, I have not found what you say about the wind and water temperature. I have been in Florida for the past twenty years and before then I was in the northeast. When the wind is out of the north the warmer surface water will pile up in the south. I just did a video last week showing that exact thing. The wind was out of the north and the south shoreline was almost three degrees warmer.
