      For my physical therapy, 4-5 times a week I had to do 3 one-minute planks and 3 30-second side planks on each side. Not pleasant at all

    And remember people, you cannot get abs if you dont lose body fat, you need to excercise the whole body as normally and eat healthy for a period of time before results to start showing. A day or a week is not enough to SEE a change but you can feel it though. Do it because YOU want to get healthy, not cause someone told you to do it or to look a certain way, first love yourself to start changing everything in and on you

      ​@@Sarah-fq6ozYou don't NEED to workout an specific period of time, do it at your own rhythm, in general 10 minutes of ab workout would be fine, but like they said, cardio to burn the calories and fats is also necessary, but hey, everything counts, also, working out abs first and doing cardio after is the best way to do it

      100 jumping jacks
      100 burpees
      Two sets of 10 jump squats
      Plank crawls (for the duration of the song “I’m Fearless”)

      Two sets of 10 plank twists
      Three sets of 25 crunches

    I'm 13 and I'm on day 3 of my ab workout, I'm taking photos so I'm able to see my before and after results, so far I'm already seeing the outline of the abs starting, but I'm also working on my biceps and triceps

    The thing is you can get this results with most abs workout cause this what they'll mostly tell you to do. I've seen so many workouts for my stomach fat, really worked for me!!

    Heyy I have a tip too! I’ve been working out for a long time and figured out a few things for myself. If you want visible abs WITH a small waist (because yes you can have abs with a thick waist) do BACK workouts! It helps slim your love handles completely and not only are you gaining a toned back but it helps SO MUCH with getting that small/snatched waist^^

    I'm happy to have found this video. It reminded me of how many actual people look like, as in not in perfect shape like influencers on ig. I had been insecure and even mad that I have almost the smallest breast size among all females I know, on top of having a wide body. I've seen plenty skinny women with a small body but big boobs, making me feel extra manly and desperate. I'm trying to accept the way I am, that I'm just bigger, but may still get implants to make myself feel better
