The thing is you can get this results with most abs workout cause this what they'll mostly tell you to do. I've seen so many workouts for my stomach fat, really worked for me!! Keep it up with you idol workout, it's a kind of motivation i believe!! 👏👍
Heyy I have a tip too! I’ve been working out for a long time and figured out a few things for myself. If you want visible abs WITH a small waist (because yes you can have abs with a thick waist) do BACK workouts! It helps slim your love handles completely and not only are you gaining a toned back but it helps SO MUCH with getting that small/snatched waist^^

I had been insecure and even mad that I have almost the smallest breast size among all females I know, on top of having a wide body. I've seen plenty skinny women with a small body but big boobs, making me feel extra manly and desperate. I'm trying to accept the way I am, that I'm just bigger, but may still get implants to make myself feel better
