sir very good explanation first of all thank you. sir mujhay taqreeban 3 se 4 saal ho gaye meray neck aur left side mein dard rehta hain .buhut se doctor ko dekaya lekin o sirf antidepressant lektay hain jis se os waqt to faida ho jata hain lekin phir dard shoro kar leta hai aur ye dard ziyada tawar par jab me computer pe kaam karta hon hota hain.. sir mera sawal hai kay ye kiya cervicogenic headache ho sakta hai q k mein software engineer hon aur mera kaam ziyada computer se related hota hai.

Sir when I am in 4th standard
Due to one shock my neck was unable to move in one direction I have tried for 6 month to push my neck it literally worked but after that my one side shoulder backside started paining I ignored it because day by day frequency of pain was reducing but what happened in 10 standerd I started breaking my neck (habbit) then first
right side elbow started pain then afterwords my neck breaking was so frequent that one day I have broken my neck and again wanted to break it so I have stretched my neck so that my right side neck broken twice it was next level breaking suddenly my my shoulder backside started paining ,..then I have taken MRI of neck but nothing found in the end of 12left side also I have broken twice
In these all except pain I have observed 3 points
1.after breaking my neck twice my right side shoulder does not pain any more or not numbness
2.when I have broken my neck twice after that never again I was able to break my neck like before only the same way that twice like that day
3.i personally think think that there is no support in my right side as left side
After the 4th incident
My head pain one side (left) seviorly frequently
Pls it is too serious issue for me pls respond asap now I am in 1st year nitw

Sir mera 2months Sai neck pain ho Raha hai phele Sai hi shoulder pain tha but pain Mai hi 4 bowling fake diya cricket khelne waqt. uske Baad Sai hi neck Mai aur headache Suru ho Gaya. Neuro surgeon Sai bhi dikhaya hai medicine Mai Gabapentin and nurob tablet diya hai 1 month Baad MRI karne ko bola hai. But relief nahi hai AAP kuch suggest kar de ki kya karu cervical collar use kar sakte hai relief milega kya isme.....
