Waaaaaaaagh!
Get this man a Space Force contract. NOW
I really like the fact that he mentioned all of the games and movies like they are all within the same universe
Nice build. I'm finishing up a bolter "cosplay" based around the Montgo-9 upper receiver on an AR pistol lower. It will nail the look, but in 9mm it doesn't have the ammo functionality of the 12 gauge.
Seeing that bolter build makes me wonder how effective it'd be to grant weaponized Space Marine cosplay to a sufficiently decorated Imperial Guard officer. Imagine the morale boost that'd result from a heavily armored humanoid mowing down the enemies of man.
So happy you brought up the dominator. Boltors are the reason I main that thing
Love that you're using Helldivers lore to explain the steps taken towards making the Bolter.
This isn't close to bolt gun - this is just a shotgun.
Look up The BSVT grenade launcher - closest real world weapon to the bolter - only has a 6 round mag but it has potential. :P
Imagine breaking into this guy’s house and he pulls out a literal bolter 😂
I own a Carvera CNC, the machine you are looking at, if you want to try out some parts such as the muzzle brake on the 4th axis or want a walkthrough of the machine, feel free to reach out! I would love to see this go further.
Can you email me at counterpointsconor@gmail.com?
@@Counterpoints will do!
Now you just need to find a way to make the rounds hybrids between traditional rounds and gyro jet rounds.
i live in the uk and lack the finances to support this project but you have my full support in terms of sharing this video and i wish you nothing but luck in this endeavour, skulls for the skull throne
07 that still makes my day substantively better
DUDE! THIS SHIT IS SICK! ROCK ON BROTHER!
I TAKE THIS LIFE IN THE NAME OF THE EMPEROR!!!
I love the mix of all the lore and terminology.
Nobody will believe me when i say this but i literally talked about doing this exact same thing like a year ago on reddit at r/gunsmithing. I never got around to building it due to manufacturing limitations, but I'm blown away that someone else had the exact same idea to build a real 12ga bolter. Thank you for building this. It warms my heart to see this thing actually exist even if I didn't build it.

@@Counterpoints 07?

Is a head, the 7 is an arm.
A video about bolters with a run time of 11:11. This video was destined for me to watch.
890th like. "I'm doing my part!"
07 thank you kindly
Simply unbelievably cool, nothing more to say
As a guardsman I am stunned by the bolter. Well done. Now I have to ask, can you please make the work horse of the IG, the lasgun or at least las pistol!?
I will. It might be tracers coming out of a gun but I will make a lasgun
@Counterpoints Tracers is more than awesome dude!
I was really hoping this was going to be a rocket gun
THE EMPEROOR IS PLEASED GUARDSMAN! I can see you making the Lasgun the Kriegsman uses as their main rifle.
The Emperor protects! And have a loaded bolter doesn't hurt either.
3:59 I love how the new Fallout show is so bloody that basic firearms made it into a video about the bolter
Ik the wiki says that bolters are 75.cal but it makes zero sense (it was written by the British) looking at the gun and ammo in cannon pictures it’s a lot closer to a handheld 30mm
I don't like how many guns we have in America and how willing we all are to use them. (myself included) This is objectively really cool. I like seeing so many people interested not just in guns but in the mechanics of how they work. Making is always better than destroying in my opinion. Very cool ideas. Keep it up.
