DUDE THIS IS SICK. I wish Armored Core 6 had a map like that. Maybe next game/Expansion probably. Heres my possible Lore reason for this. As the Verdict War Raged on. Some Mercenaries discovered an Underground tunnel. it is later discovered to be an a forgotten civilization submerged in water. (Think of those AC6 Levels where you explore with Ayre Instead of sentient energy it’s just water). It didn’t take long for the 3 Three Forces to make this once forgotten city another Battlefield for the Endless War. Idk how to explain how ACs function underwater though. I will just go with an another mysterious organization offers Upgrades to all ACs with an offer of their own. Kinda cringe but this seems like It genuinely could be an official Verdict Day map. Also I have done some S Rank Runs for Armored Core V and it’s the funniest shit ever. I would go as far as to say S Rank Runs are just Lore Accurate Dark Raven. Cause he doesn’t have a Canon AC Configuration.
interesting ideas! but the ACs functioning under water is explained in a much more simple way - I do not showcase it that specifically in the video, but the blue walls on the perimeter have a moving particle texture and they fade out the higher they go. there are also pylons with antennae placed on the perimeter of the arena. see where I'm going - it's a forcefield that holds off the water. and it cuts upward all the way up to the surface - that's why you can see and it's not just pitch black from the depth. the force field can be crossed freely by your AC - and if you stop touching it - the AC blows up from the water pressure aka it blows up when you go OOB. The arena itself could be just another piece of technology left behind by the league, like the towers. A remote underwater testbed for ACs and other technology. Rediscovered and repurposed to hold gladiatorial style fights between mercs. Hence the name - Deep Sea Arena. Perhaps, more Arena type maps could be created in the future, set in different settings - exploring how the arenas could have functioned and looked like in 5th gen, since they are not portrayed in the single player campaign. It's fan fiction - but why not =)
@@JC_Rascal I mean I play it just I meant would be cool if that was the case or a secret base of the foundation man . Like they still leave a lot of lore missing for 5th gen and verdict day ( both campaigns having lots of questions ) or what happen to the monster 4th gen that basically killed every company and people along with thier top pilots . I’d like to believe still in Cryochamber waiting to be awaken to fight someone worthy or destroy the world . I just thinking underwater map would be using the cradles found dead in the water 💦. I do got that Kojima brain rot poisoning XD but I still would love to see those who also left earth and those barely leaving earth or left to die in earth ….. because the war on mars did happen confirmed in armored core fires of rubicon . Would be cool if you made some fill in the blanks with the custom maps I honestly like it wished there was a Horde wave mode for it like Titanfall or halo reach
