    Thank you! Great winter fly in Calgary, Alberta, Canada on the Bow River. I use a blue guinea fowl hackle BEFORE the marabou. Better prop. Nice teardrop. Thank you.

    Nice tie, Zach. What type of UV light do you use? It looks like it emits a strong beam.

      Zach has tried a bunch of lights but the big solarez light is what he is using here.

      Hi Barbara,
      I use the Solarez "High Output UV Light". It packs a big punch when curing resins

    nice and simple, but very fishy! My OCD tells me to start my thread at the bottom of the "return", and wrap towards the eye, closing the gap quickly in 2 or 3 wraps. Seems more secure than wrapping down & away from the eye, with each wrap closing the gap more, which means the previous thread wraps wouldn't be as tight? Too much OCD? Tight lines.
