The Barnes & Noble close to where I live doesn’t have near as much stuff as what was in that store. Mostly just Harry Potter Books, a few wands, and a few of those displays in a box. I do have a Box Lunch store close by that has more Harry Potter merch! To be honest, I collect mostly the shirts!
I've made myself edit my Pops and only allow myself to get the ones I really like. Like that Hermionie Cat pop should have bee Flocked, then I would want it. I also horror ears from my BN.. But again, I rein me self in big time! Lol
If you're looking for a specific item in the store ask a bookseller to see if they can bring it in, especially HP items, sometimes they either sell out and don't get replaced or it was just never brought in for whatever reason. If you want to save money use the buy online pick up in store feature, and also get a membership, which stacks with most discounted items and is usually the only way to get discounts on LEGO.
There is a very very large assortment of Harry Potter items, that includes wands, at your Barnes and Noble!!! So jealous of how many items they have, mine has very very few.

I found a light up crystal patronus key charm , the chocolate frog in squishy stretchy form and my noble collection snape wand came in a box with a top and was $24.95. I love using my discount to add to my potter collection...And..I finallly own my very own set of books in a collectors set! Barnes and noble is awesome!

The only B&N I know of that is in the town of Brookhaven is in Lake Grove, NY and if that's the one you were in then I guess they must have gotten more merchandise recently because several weeks ago there was nowhere near this much Harry Potter merch.

I've found alot of older stuff like a noble collection time Turner. Otherwise I've found older prints of books and so forth too.
I went about a month ago, and I got 3 pops (Rita skitter, Nagini in women form, Dobby) for 20 bucks and the 2 baby nifflers for 5 bucks.
