Are the drums we download from the internet legal? While downloading the drum kit for Lunch 77, nick mira's drum kit caught my eye. I think it was caught by DMCA copyright.

Vocal samples or looping a melody from a popular song can land you in hot water but the way these things are usually handled in court, an average person needs to be able to notice the similarities in a song. Literally nobody hears a snare drum and goes “THATS THE SNARE FROM THAT ONE SONG”
Anyone else not really care for BWB kits? I hear them praised all the time but I'm just not a fan of them. I love the Vybe kits though for more RnB stuff though.

what is the best way to improve at best making as a full full beginner
Have someone experienced teach you. That's really the fastest way.
Remake your favourite beats to understand whats going on in them, try to imitate your favorite beats or producers, learn piano or some instrument
