Masala Paneer | Herbed Indian Cottage Cheese Instant Pot | Herbed Paneer | Healthy Snack

In this video learn how to make Herbed Paneer. In herbed paneer, some spices are added at the time of setting it. Because of all the herbs that are added, the flavors are distributed equally throughout and it is so soft and delicious!
Ingredients:
Whole Milk: 6 Cups | 48oz | 1 1/2 L
Lemon Juice - 3 tbsp
Himalayan Pink Salt - to taste
Red Chili Flakes - 1/2 tsp
Roasted Cumin Powder - 3/4 tsp
Black Salt - 1/4 tsp
Dry Mint Powder - 1/4 tsp

Can we do with cold milk directly by adding lemon juice to pot?

The milk will not be able to curdle if it's cold. I hope this helps!
