No. Corruption and conflict of interest are different. Also the case Merchant cites as the basis for her claim contradicts her claim of a conflict of interest.
Corruption is NOT a conflict of interest, it’s corruption.
The people who serve as the DA and prosecutors are supposed to have high standards of integrity and ethical standards on behalf of the people, with obligation to be candid with the court.
When it is discovered that a prosecutor has been dishonest or been involved in illegal activities, it is possible for decades of convictions to be questioned and overturned.
ANY and ALL defendants have the legal right to insist on being prosecuted by people who are NOT violating ethical rules, even if it is merely overbilling, let alone dishonestly with the court.
So what does the president of the United States suppose to have . Have a seat B.A.N.

Yet he got two grand juries to unanimously vote to indict the whole magat crew as well as got several to plead guilty. No conflict exist and it's gonna be hard to prove what they are alleging when an offer to get probation was presented and turned down that would have ended the case. Looks like Mrs Merchant is the reason WADE got PAID.

I believe you are referring to Grand Jury indictments on this RICO case where Mr Wade was supported by no less than a team of 10 staff including experienced attorneys with the DA's office. Please feel free to fact check.

There's some swamp draining that needs to take place in the state of Georgia. The citizens cannot allow Atlanta politicians to be the shot callers for the entire state. You will wind up with a situation similar to New York City controlling New York state. Must be avoided at all cost.

I remember five minutes before my main witness in a big burglary case told me she didn’t actually witness the suspect climbing out the window and instead simply saw him walking down the street with the stolen property. She told me not to worry and I told her I need to notify the prosecutor right now. And right there a strong burglary case was destroyed. I could’ve easily allowed her to testify as she offered, but that’s not how the system works. Willis and Wade cavalierly making false statements under oath makes me physically sick.
