This judge seems biased toward Ms. Willis I will be very surprised if he rules against her.
I noticed that too, but I think that might be (I hope it to be!) that the judge is "acting" that way so it does not appear he just jumped to what one would think is the logical, and right choice and dismiss the Fani from the case right away without honestly fully considering both sides even though the Prosecution and their team looked miserably to flub this all up... I sure hope that is what he was doing!... So also, he will actually also appear to deliberate on this long and hard, even though one might think actually he could have ruled right away. I guess he may have to spend time documenting his opinion as well.
I think the evidence is far too damming for him to duck shove this one. He is up for re-election and so far no one is opposing him for this position, and any applicant has a short time line to put that into play. So by the time he hands down his judgement will have efectively blocked any other potential applicant to run for the position. If he 100% does the right thing and rules strictly on legal factual evidence he will stamp himself as a judge 'who can't be bought', and may propel his legal career to a higher level.

Maybe you need to watch how appeals courts work, it the same the judges there also question both sides on there point of view to make it clear on what the lawyer is trying to convey. I can’t wait for the verdict either way if the judge doesn’t come up with a water tight judgement there will be appeals and the original trial will be stalled for months if not years.

The judge is not a Democrat. Also, let the guy do his job. He's very hard to get a reading on, so when he gives his decision that's when you will know what kind of judge he is. I mean, it's not a jury trial, but if it was she would be toast no matter what. This judge knows more about the law than most people so we have to pray he makes the right decision.

The judge knows more about the law. That’s not in question. What’s in question is his honesty. He did donate to her campaign. That is a matter of public record and a fact. The law required him to recuse himself in light of that fact and he did not.

He knew who she was and at the time probably told his secretary to send $150.00 which is kind of an insult if you ask me. It's not like he was on fire for her to win with that small of a donation. I'm amazed at how ugly our society has become. In 65 years, I've never seen this kind of behavior in a court. Our decorum has progressively become vulgar, and integrity almost non-existent. On multiple occasions this judge, was far too lenient and should've called out the behavior of Willis. The same can be said for the behavior of Democrats in Congress.

Yep Trump attorneys have the facts and honest approach. Bradley, Wade, Willis and the Judge should be well advised. No matter what side of the aisle you are on, this Willis and Wade should at the very least be removed from the case. Their overly-defensive behavior, Ms. Willis in particular, is a the 'tell'.

It was all a witch hunt to cause trouble for DA and delay the trial and was done without any real evidence what so ever. Bradley's texts were just gossip and were not to be considered as a legal deposition where he would have been under oath, that's why he didn't admit that he may have lied, but didn't deny it when he was asked in court under oath. He didn't realize his texts were going to be admitted as factual information by Merchant, but texts aren't legally binding or considered factual statements. He was never deposed under oath by Merchant or anyone else before using his texts in court.

I was pleased to hear Merchant state how poorly the Fulton County Procecutors of Fani Willis's team had stepped over the line with their outrageous behavior towards Ashleigh Merchant. I've been amazed at the amount of information her and her team have pulled together for their case. Her having and sharing the information with the other defense attorneys has created a strong tag team. Its been brilliant to watch. Amazing woman, amazing success.
