Thanks for the update on the Bluetti 55. I just bought the same one for the back of my truck and I was wondering how efficient it would be. Happy camping!
Cool video. I'm good with my buddy heater. It's not cold nuff long round here......kinda spoiled in the mw. Bout to boondock, stealther this weekend. First time posting up at no campground. Found a wooded place off a business district That's a gem to camp in.....
Was that a normal coyote sound or was something being killed by them? Just an Aussie here asking probably a dumb question but I’ve never heard that sound before 😳 thanks for the info on the bluetti and diesel heater 😁
Looks like it's going to work out for you real well. I think it will give you peace of mind regarding Carbon Dioxide issues! I'm looking for a suburban or 4x4 van to use for camping. I wish you well.
@@DustyOutdoors_9113 Yeah, I go back and forth about the two. I think the van would be more practical because my two four legged camping buddies would have more room in a Van. I wonder if an electric blanket would work well with the bluetti??
@@mac4fun57 I dont think it would be, it would work if you got a much larger bluetti, but they are very expensive. Anything with a heating element like a heated blanket or electric heater take tons of electricity. So my bluetti could power a heated blanket as long as it was under 600 watts and it would only power it for a few hours before going dead.
You may not have 300 subs yet, but you will. Just keep on keeping on. I look forward to your videos. Always great sunset shots and wild nature shots doing its thing. I think I saw at least one big buck in that herd. Glad the heater is working out so far. Take care and see you on the next one!
Thank you Tim! The best part to having a youtibe channel is the people like you we get to talk with in the comments. As always thanks for the kind words!
I use a 5kw I tried an 8kw but that one drew to many amps on start up and would kick out my bluette power pack since the 12 volt plug cannot handle over 10 amp draw. The 5kw draws less then 10 amps so that's what works for me and my set up.
Awesome Video Awesome The Diesel worked as planned & the Bluetti Great Information 👍🙏👍
Wonderful vid my friend. So glad the diesel heater worked out for you. Nice scenery on your hike also. Thanks for sharing!
Thank you! I'm glad the heater worked, it opens up more opportunity to explore off grid!
I'm here in WI too and can't wait for spring time! Awesome video stay blessed
I love hearing from Wisconsinites! And yes I'm needing spring to hurry up and get here!

Thanks for watching! Being able to go straight to the drivers seat without getting out of the truck would be nice in a van or SUV!

What size diesel heater are you running

Thanks that’s the info I needed, keep up the awesome videos
Correction, my diesel heater is a 2kw not a 5 Sorry about that
