That's something I've had to learn 😂 Don't watch my super early videos as they are FULL of nervous waffle and unnecessary talking at the beginning of them 🙈😂
I didn't know about this stitch. It would make a warm blanket. Your tutorials are always so clear & understandable. I hope you never stop. I've learned so much from you, I appreciate you & all of your hard work. 💜🤗
Thank you for all the work you put into providing tutorials. I appreciate that your channel is about stitches and patterns and not excessive countless yarn unboxing and sale videos. While I find those videos helpful once in awhile, I feel they are done too much. You always explain what to do, you provide multiples at the beginning of the project and your camera angles are always spot on so we can see the process. Speaking of process, my favorite thing you say is “trust the process” 😂 and you are always right. Again, thank you for sharing with all. I wish I could give more because you certainly deserve it. ❤
Hi Robin! Thank you for this great new stitch. It’s kind of a variation on a moss or linen stitch and would look nice with yarn color changes. I, too, love that you just get on with the tutorial! 😊. You’re awesome.
You can use it for absolutely anything really! It would make a lovely afghan, might take a little while though as the single crochet is a short stitch so won't grow as quickly as other taller stitches but it's certainly a stitch I'm going to use for a blanket at some point in the future! Maybe with some chunky yarn 😀
Wow this is so cool. The simplicity of the SC is quite pretty. I appreciate you showing a solid color and multi-color yarn. The affects are very noticeable. 👊🏼💯
Love how you start working pattern stitches without 10 mins of talk. I must ask as I do like this stitch and it looks to be a great Afgan stitch. It looks to be quite a yarn eater my question is is it a big yarn eater or a med one I find it helps when I'm looking at what yarn I have or am getting to know about what I'll need Thank You❣️🤷
Thanks for this Robin😍 I like this stitch - nice and easy, looks pretty, not too lacy - just perfect for all sorts of projects with the colder weather coming!❤
For the tutorial itself I'm using Papatya Super Stitch yarn (the variegated yarn in the thumbnail is Lionbrand Landscapes in the colourway "Desert Spring")
I do have an incredibly sheer polish on but it's more of a protective natural polish rather than solid colour (it does feel like I'm naked though haha! 😂💅)
It would work up to be a lovely delicate blanket! It might take a little longer to make a full blanket given its just single crochet stitches and chains but it would be gorgeous 😍
Hi Robin, I am a beginner in crocheting and thanks to your video about the Moss stitch I am halway done with my first blanket!😊 Thank you so much and as a teacher I just love your instructions! Top Notch🎉 Love from Switzerland🇨🇭
A very simple yet attractive stitch. I'd like to make a mobius neck warmer using this stitch. The stitch density will be ideal for keeping warm. Love all your work & very clear tutorials..
Love your channel so much. I just want to make everything you have done. I have made several already into scarves because I love trying new stitches. With this stitch I am having some difficulty, not with the stitch itself but the pattern ends up skewed, no longer rectangular. I have tried twice with the same results. Will blocking help with this? Thanks Suzanne
What a great, simple stitch! I may give it a go, though the suzette stitch (that I learned from you!) is still my all-time favorite. It’s been my go-to for scarves for a while now. 😊👍🏼 With regard to the sieve stitch, is there a similar stitch pattern that uses double crochet instead of single? If so, do you happen to know the name?
This stitch is so pretty and easy to remember! I'm going to make a set of kitchen towels and a dishcloth using this stitch. Thanks so much for sharing 🙂!
very pretty1 Will try this with some cotton for some dishcloths, maybe crochet cotton with scrubbie yarn along with it. Do you think with a bigger hook than recommended this would make a nice scarf? Or is it too dense? Thanks for another great tutorial!
@@HookedbyRobin I love everything you do and all because of your amazing taste, incredible ability to explain and your beloved voice and accent. You’d have made an outstanding teacher. Good luck with everything ❤️

I've been binging your instructions as you've quickly become my fave crocheter! A question I have is, would this stitch also be good for blankets? I'd like to crochet a blanket for a friend with a more interesting yet still easy for me to follow pattern with a bit of texture, so I'm wondering if it'd be also good for blankets?
Thank you, that is so kind of you and great idea! It would work up to be a lovely delicate blanket. It might take a little longer to make a full blanket given its just single crochet stitches and chains but it would be gorgeous.😃
