Thank you for sharing. I'm new to starting a photography business but I have high expectations for my company so I greatly appreciate your help! One quick suggestion. Maybe you could invest in a kneaded eraser to use like sticky tack to stand up stubborn rings? It's grey, not blue, and easily moldable so you could take a small pinch and probably hide it behind most settings. They're usually a couple bucks at your local art supply store. Again, thanks for your high-quality content.
yes lots of photogs use that, I just haven't made the jump yet :-) Maybe I like a little frustration and fighting with the rings haha

Love watching your video Vanessa, although I don’t get to watch them live due too time difference, I’m been looking to purchase a sigma 105mm 2.8 lens for my eos 90d. Has I’ve not gone too full frame as yet. I’m guessing I’ve just got to stand a little more back with the sigma lens due to my apsc sensor ?
yes you'll have a tighter crop, though to be honest I'm not totally sure how that affects focusing distance, maybe not at all

Instead of holding your breath try shooting in between exhale and inhale during you bodies natural respiratory pause. That's how the Marines teach us to pull the trigger to eliminate any body movement and be on target.

It's ironic that your using that lens, as I just got one. Question for you, would you use this lens instead of your favorite 135 f2 at a wedding? Also, I saw some 8.5 X 11 sparkly cardstock at a local hobby store, and thought about making a small "Brooklyn Reflector" for these types of shoots with white on one side, and silver or gold on the other side, small enough to slide into the camera bag.

A lot of people love this lens as a portrait lens but personally the 135 just does a little something extra for me 😊

There’s been all sorts of sales over the years, that’s out weighs the so called Black Friday amazing deals as such ha ha. They host about being the best thing since sliced bread, but the discount they give you actually sucks. If Black Friday is so special, then make it special, like the slightly older equipment ie canon 5d mark 4/5 make it half price, now that’s a Black Friday proper deal lol 😂 rant over.
