I had one three years ago, but I didn't like it that much to be fair. It was quite slow (110km/h max) which doesn't compute with the look of the bike. Result was bullying car drivers behind me, trying to let me go faster (although I couldn't): very frustrating. The Honda CB125R has a better look imo (that's personal o.c.) and is really confortable.
Jeroen den Hertog I wonder if it was the same engine? But, 125cc I don't really expect any speed records to be set, 110 km/h seems pretty good for it, no?
It was obviously an older model, but I was quite dissapointed by the maximum speed. It could be the CDI on the newer model has been optimized, I can't tell. O.c., a 125cc isn't made to be fast, but the CB125 R can reach 125km/h without any tricks.
I just got the new Cl 500cc scrambler. It's fantastic. Traded in my Rebel 1100cc DCT for it , after 14,700 miles. The new CL500 is great. Put 3,400 miles on it. You will love it. Great for the shore are here at Sea Bright Nj.
Cool bike, I had the 300cc version. Even better. You have to fix the sound and take off that music from behind. It would be much more enjoyable. Greetings from the NJ shore USA.
Quick question: are you getting some bumps when you are releasing the throttle (very gently) or when you are turning the throttle even the slightest? I am getting them for example when i’m at 25kph in 2nd gear and at every release of the throttle or giving gas i get these bumps. Just want to make sure that it’s the bike in general and not specifically my bike. Thanks!
True, KTM is very polarizing. So many sharp angles is hard to digest, especially if you are coming from an older bike where round is design motif for the past few decades.
Appreciate the new sub and you leaving a comment. Well my American transplant mind goes back and forth from kmh to mph, but when most the time it’s in kmh.
Berlin Biker thanks for the reply. I was confused as well because from your accent I knew you were an american and wondered if you were refering to imperial or metric system.
I was thinking about that after I wrote it, the crazy UK guys! But, to be fair I wish that was the case in the states. I had a lot of friends at 16 buying bike way too fast for them, just stupid. I would say to go for the Honda, I think it's a solid bike. I really enjoyed it.
@@BurtoniMotors yes big difference in terms of power, weight and handling. But if they make 125, it would be better if it's already 150. 125 is so small for that body. No oomph for heavier riders. In my opinion though.
I started riding this as my first bike two weeks ago and I love it , here is a little video of my ride :) ruclips.net/video/4xJxlTM-YNQ/видео.html (I got gloves, protective summer vest and helmet now no worries)
@@BurtoniMotors its weird lol cause I have a ritual based on superstitious nonsense, ignition on, check dip, check main beam, check rear light, check left then right indicator, check brake light front then rear then helmet on and always left before right glove then get on from the left kick the stand up then check mirrors left then right then start engine. Stupid I know I do it even if Ive popped in to a shop for 5 minutes.
@@BurtoniMotors i did a test drive on a 2018 RC125 last week and i gotta say i was impressed. Went 130km/h without a hitch on the free way, nice breaks, smooth gearchanges.
I feel like you should do some more research on bikes before you ride them, because you're literally just riding around on a 125cc bike sounding shocked at the concept of a 125cc bike...
Agreed. When I have the knowledge of the bike I can borrow before I get to the dealer, I dig down into the bike much more becuase I have the time to prepare. For this video I was thrown the keys at a press drive with no knowledge of it. But, I'll try to have a better knowledge of the bikes before, I promise!
I'm in love with this 125cc Honda motorcycle. It looks amazing, what do you think?
I'm about to purchase one.... the red version though.
Can't find anything else which the same look and reliability.
The only thing I could think of would be the KTM Duker 125. Have you ridden it yet?

Great wee bike I’ve done 1500 miles on mine same size as the 300, got abs all round and an IMU , gear indicator etc
6:46 Funny how the car's wheels synced with the framerate :D This 607 looks like it's CGI.
Nice catch
Love seeing that😂😂😂
Sweet video I like your delivery. I might be getting this bike as my first one
Glad you liked the video! I really enjoyed it! I also rode the CB300R a few days ago, the video should be out this week!
@@BurtoniMotors nice I was curious about the power difference but don't mind starto on a 125. Will check it out. Subscribed amd hit that bell
audio quality needs some work
+Korsal take a listen to the CB1000R or CB300R videos. Let me know your thoughts. I changed the setup
Yes much better. You forgot the most obvious direct competitor to the CB300R in the review :- BMW G310R
Korsal did not think about that, but since I added the KTM it should be around the same money.

A full diameter wheel on this bike cannot be under stated enough ,compared to those rediculas 4 inch wheels on a scooter that feels every bump
Very good point. Do you know if they bigger than the Grom?
@@BurtoniMotors They're like twice the size of the Grom's lol
Perfect love how quite it is too. Sold

What’s the name of the song used as the background noise during the cinematic. I like it a lot
The Wait Is Over by Matt Large. you're welcome 😉
I got it on epidemic sound, but Scarified is correct: ruclips.net/video/kdH8fa_AOws/видео.html
Grate video!! Gg man, you have a niew subscriber👍👊
Appreciate you stopping bye and leaving a comment!
Why do you use the engine cutout switch to turn it off??
Why not? It does what you are looking to do, turn off the engine and it's quicker.
nice. do you know when the CB300R is out in Europe?
Unfortunately I do not, let me cruise hondanews.eu/eu/en/motorcycles/media/pressreleases/list and see if I can find something.
cool cheers. Honda really knocked it out of the park with the design on these new bikes.
Absolutely, this bike is amazing. Maybe a KTM 125 Duke beats it? Thought?
KTM has very interesting design I think but not for everyone. I like it. but apprently it is a lot fun to ride. still haven't riddent either

As always. Music killed this video. WHY? We want to hear it!!!
Is it hard to see the dash when its light outside?
Do you think this will attract the same following from aftermarket manufactures as the Honda Grom?
Red Deutsch du Hanjokel 🤣 jk Great Video ! Nice English do you come from the UK ?
Originally from the states, my German is not good enough for an entire video. One of these days... maybe.
@@BurtoniMotors Ok :D
At first i thought that i misclicked but then i saw that it was the right video xD
This does not have a Grom engine
Very attractive Motorcycle.
You meant to say, motorcycle rider 😘
Not in North Merica?
Can u buy this bike in the States?
Not the CB125R but the CB300R is definitely available.
The same song for 16 minutes. Jesus.
Thanks for watching 16 min of it!!
Hättest vllt die Musik weglassen sollen✌
Why did you not like the music? I liked it haha
ill buy it in two years ( when im 16). 😃

CB125R or MT125?
I have not ridden the MT125 yet, but I love my MT07. I feel like both bikes would be good bets, but I prefer the Honda's looks over the MT15.
Berlin Biker I’m only 17, I have a Honda msx “grom”. I was thinking of trading it in the for the cb125r
I'm a big fan of the grom, I feel like it's basically the same bike in my mind. Why not look at the MT03? CB300r?

Close Ur music it's better to listen
Dear friends any one help, It can buy from Bangladesh.
They should've made it at least 155cc. Just like the Asian Yamaha TFX, MT15 and Honda CB150r.
Would there be big enough of a difference between the 155cc and the 300cc version they have?

Jed Taneo this is made for the european market where we have A1 licence and A2 etc
How much do you pay for this bike?
Well it depends on where you live but in Europe I believe the price is going to be aroun 4300 euros.

Mileage pls
Unfortunately I did not have the test bike long enough to get a good grasp on the mpg of the bike.
When launch in India bro

When the seat height is that low - who cares what side you get on.
