This is the RCA Voyager Pro 7 16GB Tablet with Keyboard Case Android 6.0 (Marshmallow) in CHARCOAL (RCT6873W42KC M) and it's supposedly the successor of the original RCA Voyager Pro. What can we expect from the RCA Voyager Pro in 2018? What can we expect from possibly the cheapest 2-in-1 Android Tablet that Walmart has to offer? Hey guys! I'm wondering if I may have just gotten a bad unit, because in some of the reviews I've seen people using it without the same problem although those were the older versions. Either way here are some better tablets around the price:

I have this tablet and it's amazing doesn't give me any problems it doesn't lag,doesn't have any charging problems,no problems with the screen it prefect😍
If a tablet or any device for that matter is super cheap, you gotta expect some issues.

Maybe you should've cleared the cache or dalvik cache. Idk but honestly it was probably just a bad unit. Glad you returned it tho! A tablet you should review is the iview suprapad 733tpc-k tablet which is going on eBay for around $20. I've used it and I think you should do a video on it! 👍👍

I love this tablet
I just bought this tablet and am having the SAME EXACT issue. I tried the network and factory reset...nothing happens but Voyager Pro going across the screen continuously....veryyyy disappointed!!
Mine is fine no issues with it so far.
I get the error messages when it first connects to wifi. It's just trying to catch up on tasks. Occasionally an app will crash. I've never had a problem opening the menu or settings. I've had mine for about 4 years now. It doesn't have uneven lighting, if that's what was being suggested as a future problem. I'm just barely looking into getting a replacement battery. Yes, the 6 hours is an exaggeration LOL But I can still use my grocery shopping list when I'm not connected to wifi for about 2 hours. The only real complaint I've had is that selfies suck, due to the placement of the (only) front facing cam. But I've done vid chats with it. Works fine, so long as it has a clean line of sight to the wifi source.
The keyboard isn't working for me how can you use it?

I got mines free for years of service the keyboard doesn't work only on the touch screen it's kind of frustrating thanks for the video I can see it's not just me
I have 3 different versions of the Voyager. Not one of them ever crash at all. All of them are slow booting up. When I want to go on the internet, that slow. Sometimes I can't even go on line. If I put in TLC player on the table, it may load up quickly. There are time where it take for ever to load up a movie. It doe load it up. It play it or it may not. I have voyager 1,3 and pro. I hope that you can understand all this. It has been close to 4 years and I really don't have a lot of issues with my voyagers.

mine is different from yours for example the base of the charger looks different it is good it is fast but it can easily get slow but ive found a way to keep it fast

I've had mine for over a year and 1/2. Only problem i have is my possessed volume. I will turn it down and by itself it will turn all the way up by itself. That started happening 8 months in. Camera sucks and I mean really sucks. Don't take selfies with it lol. It also does not play high end games either. If you are looking for an all around good browsing, you tube binge watching durable tablet then this is perfect for the 50 dollars you pay for it. Hope this helps people.😀

I have the same tablet and that tipping thing is a real problem. Because of it, the tablet and keyboard tipped over onto the floor, and now it won't even recognize the damn keyboard. Its frustrating because that was the only way I could take screenshots on this thing. I'm so irritated right now with this crap

I have the RCA Mercury Pro. It cuts on and Mercury Pro flashes on the screen. That’s it. Can’t get any further. I think it’s a piece of crap out of the box. Any suggestions? Run it over with car?
I can’t get the keyboard to connect to the tablet! I mean like It’s connected and all it just won’t turn on or type at all!! I just bought it and the instructions were only on how to turn on the tablet for the first time, no tips on setting up the keyboard or anything else :( can someone help me out? Is there something I’m supposed to be activating?

My keyboard doesn't work when it's connected. Any ideas of how to fix it?
This tablet appears to be identical to the Voyager 3 tablet I have, minus the keyboard. If you can't go into Settings, you have a defective unit. Mine is not garbage. It has 4 main issues:
1) Battery lasts 3.25 hrs for videos.
2) Screen not bright enough in Sun shiney places.
3) Camera is bad, but good enough for video calling.
4) Screen only 7 inches. I think a keyboard can only be as small as 8 inches for 2 handed typing, so you want an 8 inch tablet to fit nicely with an 8 inch keyboard case.
5) In Canada, even though this tablet sold exclusively through Walmart, Walmart is not selling a case or glass for it, even though Walmart.com sells the ONN case for $10 US, but won't ship to Canada. You Americans need to hear that because in many small ways, you're not nice to Canada. Trump had the right idea trying to get Greenland. The corollary is he should try to get Canada as well -- be nice to Canada.
This is a great tablet for the price if none of those things bother you for the price. It's the cheapest tablet and laptop around. I just saw the Voyager Pro on Kijiji for $40 Can. Not even Amazon comes close to that.

Plastics cheap needs to be able to go all the way back cause key board gets annoying when I'm playing games and ur probably thinking why did I say plastics cheap cause I accidentally broke the key board holder but everythings fine

This doesn't seem like RCA, my Viking Pro is an amazing tablet for the price. Although the screen cracked even though I hardly touched it :/ I'm thinking of using it as a dedicated emulator box and hooking it up to my TV.

It's not I've had 3 tablets from this company all of which have broken without me doing any thing to it my newest one I got this Christmas and it has already stopped working my friend had the same key board one as I had a while back and it had the same issues so I would not recommend

The tablet is total trash. When you download certain apps on the tablet it responds with app not working. Next, the tablet dies super fast even when its not in use (battery saver won't do any good neither). Thirdly, the keyboard it came with seem to cause some crashes with apps. Lastly, I tried to put an account on the tablet, and it took me forever to sign in because it kept reloading.
Its the worst or one of the worst tablets in existence.
