Did you submit same essay to all the college you applied?
No, I wrote different essays for each school as they have different questions.

Hi. Great advice. Neither of the links work. Free one sold out. Paid one does not exist.
bruh the fact that 120,000 dollars still can't fully pay harvard tuition says a lot about ivys greediness ...
Trash school anyways
keep coping yall
No it doesn't. Harvard is extremely generous with the aid they give out, and will be one of the cheapest colleges to attend for most people. It's only really expensive if you are upper or upper middle class, which in the first case you can afford it second case cooked. Either way, that's just the cost of Harvard, education is expensive
@@spektriye education should be free. harvard has a billion dollar endowment and can’t even put air conditioning in their dorms.
One of the tips I have for entering scholarships is to look at their rulebook and find their criteria for selection.
This is one of the most comprehensive video on the topic that I have seen thus far, not only for scholarships, but specifically for the essays which so many people struggle with!
I'm glad it's comprehensive. Hope everyone sees part 3 of the video especially!
wish videos such comprehensive existed when we were freshmen. As a senior starting RD Common App essays on December 9th, these videos would've honed in much more focus back in 10th or 11th grade.
Finally some real advice ab scholarships thank u!

Hello Rishab! I am a middle schooler thinking about the awards, stats, recognitions, etc. that I need to get into the colleges I aspire for. I want to go into the field of Computer Science and wonder what exact awards do you think I need to impress the college board especially for my major. Also, do you think colleges will care much as many of them are going test-optional about if someone gets a 1600 comparatively to someone who gets a 1550. I want to prioritize my goals because I don't know if some small clubs really benefit my application as much.
Congrats on Harvard and best of luck for the future!
a 1550 and 1600 are very similar and the time it would take to get a 1600 would be better spent in other categories to separate yourself from others
@@angelobowman4322 Thank You! Instead of spending crazy amounts of time to perfect my score , I'll focus on other categories from now on.
It’s awesome that you're already thinking strategically about your future college applications. In terms of awards and recognition, the key is to focus on depth rather than just breadth. For a major like Computer Science, showing a genuine passion through achievements like coding competitions (e.g., Hackathons, AP Computer Science exams, or internships) or creating a personal project or startup can be impressive. Colleges love to see how you’ve taken initiative and demonstrated your skills in meaningful ways.
As for the SAT scores, you're right that many colleges are test-optional now, but a high score, like a 1600, still stands out if you choose to submit it. However, keep in mind that many schools are increasingly focusing on a holistic approach, so how you demonstrate your academic rigor, extracurricular leadership, and problem-solving abilities in Computer Science will matter just as much-if not more-than a point or two on the test.
Also, when it comes to clubs, don’t get caught up in trying to join everything. Instead, consider choosing a few where you can make a tangible impact, especially those that relate to your interest in Computer Science. Leadership roles or significant contributions can certainly boost your application!
Let me know if you'd like some tips on how to prioritize these goals and maximize scholarship potential. I work with families to create customized high school strategies to help students like you graduate college debt-free! 😊
im considering buying your course, but do you have scholarships available for Canadians students too?
Hey Rishab, I’m a high school senior, who got into at Miami uni for the class of 2027. I need a merit scholarship. Do i qualify for any scholarships?
thank you so much
Hi Rishab my name is Emilie i am a grade 11 learner , actually i want to apply for scholarship but i don't how this is done , so could you please help me
Do you have any tips for returning college students? I will be a sophomore in college, and there is a lot less out there.
what happen if you get more than what you needed for the tuition from the scholarship, are you suppose to return them or keep them? especially if you were granted or approved 50 scholarship that you have applied
But I added my Email account on Niche ,
What should I do now ?
This was a well put together video, one question I had was; isn't ChatGPT's information cutoff at 2021? So it wouldn't know of any new scholarships that are available at the time you are asking it, or are most scholarships like the same each year or something?
Most of the well known/reputed scholarships have very similar dates every year. These are the ones to apply to.
Lesser known ones are very fishy and I would not recommend applying. I didn’t end up winning any of those, but somehow won almost all of the large, well known, reputed scholarships I applied to. Kinda indicates that the smaller “new” ones are fishy.
Please anyone in a UK college should help me out. I really want to go to college there. Please help me to go through this. I need help in my application process as an international student for scholarships. Thank you amd may God bless you❤
I got 88.2% in 12th. Am I eligible for Scholarship? 😕
Did you submit same essay to all the college you applied?
