You have some great digibooks, I have a lot of the same ones that you have. My favorite ones that I have are Blade Runner 30th anniversary collectors edition with the unicorn artwork and 5 different cuts of the film. And the 1933 King Kong the artwork on it is one of my all-time favorites and the film is just a classic!!!
Beautiful collection - I have that 300 one - it is a beautiful edition - love the design of the cover - I have some digibooks - I am surprised you don't have the Citizen Kane - 70th Anniversary edition - beautiful looking digibook - also I have the Malcolm X digibook which really looks nice as well as the 5 Premium collection digibooks I got from amazon germany - the come with beautiful plastic covering over them which enhances the look to me.
Great collection you have there. I hope they make digibooks for the Shining, Stand By Me and Misery (three great Stephen King movies.) I don't understand why they haven't made one for the Shining. It's the best horror film ever in my opinion.

Given the content of the film, I would have been a tad creeped out. I really don't get why these aren't as/more popular than steelbooks! With a steelbook all you get is a steelcover, but even with the thin Fox releases of these at least you get pages of photos/info about the films. I have 11 digibooks so far and definitely plan on getting more. I prefer them to steelbooks. Sadly the UK doesn't get many digibooks, mostly just a few from Universal. Six out of the eleven are imports, 4 from the US and a German & Swedish digibooks (ET which the pages are in English). Current collection; Big Lebowski, Bridge on the River Kwai, Citizen Kane, ET, Jaws, Les Miserables, One Flew Over the Cuckoo Nest, Schindlers List, Terminator, To Kill a Mocking Bird & Veronika Decides to Die.
Yeah, I really need to pick up King Kong, surprised I have put it off this long, a definitely classic and good to hear the transfer is amazing. Gunna put it at the top of the wish list for sure now.

"Veronika Decides to Die" is the German digibook, that one the pages are in German but it has some nice pictures and was about the same price as the standard copy, so I thought why not.
I love digibooks for all the extra information they have about the film and all the behind the scenes photos as well, pretty much definitive editions for fans of the films.
KirbyCrossing It's funny, I love digibooks but hate the look of the studio canal ones, they just look cheaper and poorly made in comparison to typical digibooks. The studio canal ones just have like a couple pages or no pages inside right and they have a rough exterior surface and their disc housing is different as well I believe.
Woah. I didn't know there was a digibook for "M". I love Peter Lorre. I think my favourite digibook in my collection is "King Kong". I didn't know Harry Hamlin had died.

Thanks, yeah the packaging on the 20th century fox ones are not as good quality, but I do appreciate digibooks in all forms. 300 is an excellent one, one of the best blu-rays as far as pq/aq just stunning and the design of the digi is pretty sweet too. I picked up the big box set for Willy Wonka so I passed on the digibook but I was tempted to pick it up when they re-released the digi for it and it was inexpensive but I gotta stop double/triple dipping :p.
The Rocky Horror Picture Show digibook is a great Fox release, and I recommend the Citizen Kane one and the Goodfellas one as well. Other than that you've got an awesome collection there.

M is a definitely must watch, very influential film, Butch Cassidy and the Sundance kid is enjoyable overall but it would help if you liked Westerns, it has some good comedic and action as well. I've seen the Studio Canal ones from the UK but I don't really like them as much packaging wise. I will look into the Cinefilm ones from Germany though.

Hey Jay! Great vid, my friend! The Dark Knight Rises is one of my favorite movies of recent years as well as my second favorite of the Dark Knight Trilogy behind The Dark Knight. The Hustler is probably my second favorite Paul Newman movie. It's a toss up between that or the Verdict for my number 2 spot. Tora Tora Tora and Patton are 2 of my all time favorite War movies. I'd have to say that Patton is my 3rd favorite George C. Scott movie behind The New Centurions and The Hindenburg which remains my favorite. Have you ever seen The New Centurions? If not, I highly recommend it. It's probably the most accurate cop movie to date. The Comancheros is one of my favorite John Wayne movies. While I really enjoy Unforgiven and OJW, I'd have to say that Dirty Harry is my favorite of Clint Eastwood's movies. I absolutely love Dr. Strangelove. I really enjoy Falling Down but The Star Chamber is by far my favorite of his movies. I've recently picked up a few movies like a 20th Century Fox Westerns 3 pack that came with The Gunfighter starring Gregory Peck, which is one of my favorite films of his. I also upgraded the Dirty Harry movies to blu-ray of the first 4 since Walmart had the 4 pack including the Dirty Harry- Sudden Impact. In time I'll probably upgrade all my Clint Eastwood movies to blu-ray as well as most of my movie collection. But I've never seen the Dirty Harry movies look better even on dvd. The blu-ray of them are absolutely stunning.

Cool Hand Luke is one of those movies I grew up with and loved it the first time I saw it. I felt like it was a makeup Oscar as well. I wish he would have won the Oscar for his role in The Verdict. I personally think he rally deserved it for that film. I've heard rumors that True Lies may be getting a blu-ray release sometime this year. Again, those are just rumors. Raw Deal was neat little 80's action flick that was sort of like Commando but in Chicago. Now, I was never too big a fan of Commando except for the one liners but I love the hell out of Raw Deal.

No problem. Its one of the better digibooks out there in terms of visual and audio quality, as well as special features. Also I just wanted to say that I still enjoy your videos and re-watch them quite often, after years of being a subscriber I can say that your videos are still a HUGE help to me, as a fellow film enthusiast. Also, you should consider picking up the, 50 Year Commemorative Ultimate Collector's Edition of JFK on blu ray, as a fellow JFK fanatic I can assure you it is every bit as awesome as it looks. There is only 50,000 made, but I just bought it on Amazon for only $46 Canadian.
I do still have the Chungking Express Criterion Collection Blu-Ray Digipack but I'm not selling it. Hope you can find one for yourself though and at a reasonable price.
This video was uploaded long before the Halloween digibook was released so it couldn't have been in the video, I do own and honestly it is a disappointment of a release, worst digibook out there. I do really want the How the West Was Won digibook though, I've seen shots of it on blu-ray.com and it looks like a fantastic transfer.
