Roast duck recipe:
Duck 2 kg
Salt 1 ½ tsp or to taste
Ginger paste 2 tbsp
Garlic paste 1 tbsp
Paprika 2 tsp
Black pepper ½ tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Cumin powder 1 tsp
Garam masala 1 tsp
Nutmeg powder ¼ tsp
Onion powder 1 tsp
White pepper powder ½ tsp
Chilli powder to taste
Cajun seasoning 1 tsp
Onion 1
Garlic 1
Tomato 1
Potato 1
Marinade for 2 hours
Bake at 200*c for 2-2 ½ hours covered then 240*c for 5 minutes uncovered.
