This is a really helpful talk. A lot of people get discouraged when they are not realistic or well prepared. Someone told me once that project time 30% prep, 60% work & 10% cleanup - because if you prep right, there shouldn't be much clean up at all. I'm not sure I totally agree with the large chunk of prep, but it does emphasize it's importance.
