    This may be 4 years later, but I'm new to your channel and I've been sort of binge watching your videos while I'm knitting my fingerless gloves, and I couldn't help but fall in love with your offset granny square designs - and I'm so happy you did a video for it! I just finished watching the video of you in your hometown and the yarn tour, your country is beautiful - greetings from NYC!! 😄🤗🗽💗🧶🕊️🌷

    Anja, I discovered your channel a few weeks ago and I'm so glad I did. When you are looking for tutorials on RUclips you really have to search to find someone who has a teaching style you can understand. They also need to present their material in a way that you feel comfortable watching. Not every channel and teacher is going to resonate with everyone. All that to say, I found your channel and I'm understanding crochet finally!! I like this daisy much better than others I've seen. The others have too many petals. I have a granddaughter named Daisy so naturally I'm going to make her something with this square. Pillow or blanket, I'm not sure. Thank you so much for sharing your talents with us.

      Thank you so much for your message, I am so grateful you found me and you like me and my techniques!! I know how you feel there are some channels I simply cannot watch and find very irritating for the smallest reason, and I try to keep mine all nice and cosy and friendly!! thanks for watching!! xxx

    You make reference to US crochet stitches are different then what you are doing. That’s actually not accurate.
    You have a beautiful way of crocheting and I love your teaching technique however that reference is not accurate with regards to us stitches vs, yours.

    • @OpheliaTalks
      @OpheliaTalks  2 года назад

      Hello Julie, I have reviewed the video, and I think what you're referring to is where I mention what the stitch is in UK terms, whilst crocheting, and you're seeing it as US terms....All the stitches are correct. Anja x
