      To Edify Believers,
      pretending faith is respectable.
Old story. The "roaring 20's", Stock market never goes down. The icon is a bull on Wall Street, not the waste it leaves behind.
Only Roman mockery puts The King of the Jews on a tree to be cursed.
"Christ hath redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us: for it is written, cursed is everyone that hangeth on a tree." *
He replied, “Because you have so little faith. Truly I tell you, if you have faith as small as a mustard seed, you can say to this mountain, ‘Move from here to there,’ and it will move. Nothing will be impossible for you.” Who is to say: Faith is respectable, given Jesus said faith is worthless.
You can't expect obedience, when ordering mountains to move?
      And render to Caesar.
Men making videos, often wolves in sheep's clothing, only managing to preach to the choir.
Pretending faith is respectable, expecting us all to believe God made Mormons so Christians would know how Jews feel. Ignorance.
Jesus voided all His signs: telling them, a gathering crowd, they are wicked, there is only one sign:
      Jonah.

A believer murdered by other believers for the sake of faith.
Resurrection & prophesy are the vocabulary of fiction.
Rome won any war with the Jew, so Jesus Christ is no hero.
The Jews have not accepted Him for 2000 years.
The King of the Jews is forever mocked, hanging on a tree, for it is written, "cursed is everyone who hangeth upon a tree." "
Christ hath redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us: for it is written, cursed is everyone that hangeth on a tree." Galatians 3:13

My husband died over 30 years ago. I had several undeniable contacts with his soul. Through his very last act while alive, giving me his family's rosary, my conversion to the Catholic Church was accomplished . I believe strongly that, in retrospect, this added immensely to my husband's saving Grace. I continue to pray for him and also for myself and my family. We have all been affected deeply by his death. I do wish that people living would understand how deeply the living are affected and influenced by the death of a loved one. We the living need, in my opinion , less fear of death and more acceptance and preparation for leaving this world for the next stage in our soul's life.

@@UniteOrDie2024 Thank you for your "yes / no" reply. It was helpful to understand your position on the topic. Regarding this same topic, I always like to know what a person thinks about death, for example, are there two different definitions of the word, is there both a potential for bodily death and also one for spiritual death.?
Essentially the question is, "if there are two bodies, then that would indicate there are two definitions of death....
... There is a natural body, and there is a spiritual body. (1 COR 15- 44 NKJV)
They are buried as natural human bodies, but they will be raised as spiritual bodies.
For just as there are natural bodies, there are also spiritual bodies. (1 COR 15- 44 NLT)
Could it be that God raises them even though they did not follow the path of Jesus? Could hell and purgatory (if it does it exist, or if it's just another word for somewhere in hell), could that be one of the places where God "raises" them to?
You said it does not work like that, so how does it work then?

This is true and I wonder why so many do not take advantage of these indulgences. Many, I was not familiar with as I converted to Catholicism 15 years ago. I always feel a deep pull in my heart to pray the Divine Mercy Prayer for each of the souls Jesus asked Saint Faustina to bring to Him through a novena. I always include the souls who will die this day, unprepared and also for souls in purgatory, there is a day in the novena for souls in purgatory, I just like to pray for them more often. Such a simple woman with vital messages to help us understand what purgatory is about and that it is a place, too. I believe her simple explanations could help everyone improve their lives and understand how bad sin really is to our souls. I am so glad I came across this video, to hear more about the 3 levels of purgatory, and on average how long a soul remains there, before being released to heaven. Remember go to confession as often as possible, not just once a year. Attend mass and pray daily, try doing it, three times a day. God wants everyone to be in Heaven, but we have to earn it while on Earth. Be good to others and do good deeds frequently. God bless.

@ElcidMorrissette Brother You are incorrect. Think in what you are saying! Do you mean God doesn't know our sins? Confess means to tell someone who doesn't know. You could never confess your sins to God because our Lord already knows our sins. Jesus is our Lord. It's obvious that you are a protestant with a dead end religion. So you think God doesn't know your sins and you will confess your sins to him. didn't Jesus tell the man with leprosy after he cured him to go to the priest so everyone knows he is cured and that his sins are forgiving!

The Catholic Church’s Doctrine of Purgatory, it does not seem to be a rational, well developed intellectual doctrine that ties to any of the teachings of Jesus Christ in His three-year ministry on Earth as recorded in Scripture or in Sacred Traditions handed down by the Apostles of Christ
It does not tie to His Father’s Salvation Plan for Humankind as actually delivered through His Son. Nor does the concept of Purgatory directly / or indirectly ties to the Final (Blood) Covenant entered into by the Father and Son before the Foundation of the World
Christ and / or His Apostles never said, nor hinted or suggested, or wrote about the concept of Purgatory and its related punitive function, and the Apostles collectively never thought that one of the Faithful, a Believer in Jesus Christ, a Child of God, would be exiled, at the time of their death to a Hell like environment by our loving God. Christ spoke about and warned us about Hell 240 times during His 3-year ministry, He also spoke about Heaven innumerable number of times, but never once mentioned Purgatory.
Peter, Paul, John, James, Mark, Luke, Matthew were all unaware of Purgatory and more importantly; individually and collectively, they thought and wrote that if the individual follower, a believer in Jesus Christ, repented their sins, then they were totally cleansed of sin by Christ Jesus
      As St. John said,
Now this is the message that we have heard from him and proclaim to you: God is light, and in him there is no darkness at all.
If we say, “We have fellowship with him,” while we continue to walk in darkness, we lie and do not act in truth.
But if we walk in the light as he is in the light, then we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of his Son Jesus cleanses us from all sin.
If we say, “We are without sin,” we deceive ourselves,* and the truth is not in us.
If we acknowledge our sins, he is faithful and just and will forgive our sins and cleanse us from every wrongdoing.
If we say, “We have not sinned,” we make him a liar, and his word is not in us. (1 John 1:5-10)
My concerns with the Doctrine of Purgatory and its conflict with both Sacred Scripture as well as Sacred Tradition are based on the following elements: 1) The Father’s unconditional love for Believers, 2) All Believers are Children of God, 3) The Total Forgiveness of Man’s Sins by the Father,4) Your Salvation is fixed when you first believe in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior 5) Holy Spirit indwelling in Believers in Christ at the time of their Baptism and never leaving them even at their death

By the way, should you ever be able to visit Austria, then you should also travel to Sonntag, in Vorarlberg, to visit Maria Simma's grave. We paid our respect to her in the summer of 2017. When we put flowers on her grave we noticed that, despite the fact this incredible woman is no longer among us, many different people from other countries still leave their tokens of gratitude on her grave. I really wish I could show you one of my pictures....
Maria Simma has a special place in our hearts as she helped my mother a long time ago. When my father died in 1975 (he was a very complicated and difficult man...), my mother wrote a letter to Maria Simma to ask her for her help and advice hoping that my father would reach his destiny (heaven). Approx. 3,5 years later we received a handwritten letter from Maria that my father was released from purgatory, which was announced to her by another soul who was allowed to contact her on a regular basis.
We still have her letter and we will always be deeply grateful for everything she has done for us and so many other people!!! She only deserves our utmost respect! We will NEVER forget her.🙏💒🇳🇱🌷

Even if purgatory doesn't exist , or if it is just another way to say hell , or if it's just being away from God for a time while in spirit , or some other case which Jesus will explain to us when it's our time to know - in any and all of those cases, we should pray for others , and do those things you said, which you mentioned in nice detail, our sacrifices being our help for those in need.

All I ever got was the words "Just believe everything you hear is true". I became disalusioned with Catholic Churches and left that faith. Then I really got mixed up even more where every other denomination had a secret hated every other Christian denomination. Each one told me that they were the only true church and I would never find God in any other church outside of their church.

It is very helping in regard to my own experience. I was guided by my angel for sure. Now, I understand that although Jesus has spoken to me many times and the very first time as he has personally spoke he has breathed his life into me through his divine face. That I went to his holy church as a child and stopped by my parents, then it was so hard for me to receive the sacrament of baptism which now I have. The experience of the purgatory for me was to lead me to receive the sacraments. The covid 19 was a hindrance for me and I was longing to receive the baptism and the Eucharist. I still pray the holy rosary and the Chaplet of the Divine Mercy eveyday. God has shown me many great things. Blessed be God forever! Holy Mary Mother of God, Pray for us. Only the Catholics believe this and I thought the Church actually retracted the idea. Truth is they don’t know, but I can tell you why it doesn’t exist with a question: “was Jesus’ blood which He shed on the cross a complete atonement for our sins or not?” People should not be playing with spirits in this world with the exception of the Holy Spirit.

I am very surprised that many of you QUESTION the EXISTENCE of purgatory.
I am aware of the fact that
the Bible does not mention the exact word “purgatory,” however, instead it makes reference to a place which can be understood as what is referred to as purgatory.
To claim that purgatory does not exist because the exact word does not appear in Scripture, is a failure to understand Scripture.
The Bible contains references to many Christian doctrines, but often fails to call them out by name.
One might as well even deny that there is something called "the Bible" because no such name is found IN the Bible. Furthermore, one might as well deny the Trinity, Incarnation, and so forth because these EXACT WORDS are not found in the Bible!
But keep in mind that the name does not make the place; the place must exist first, then we give it a name. We call this place “purgatory” because it means “a cleansing place" where souls are purged from the stains of sin, which prevent their entrance into Heaven.
In the Old Testament the first mention of Purgatory in the Bible is in 2 Maccabees 12:46: “Thus he made atonement for the dead that they might be freed from sin.”
Some people do not accept Maccabees as book of the Bible. This is unfortunate since it is that their Bibles have been edited and are missing books. Even if a person does not accept the book of Maccabees, it at least has historical value for we can learn what the pre-Christian community believed.
In Chapter 12 of Second Maccabees we read Scriptural proof for Purgatory and evidence that the Jews had sacrifices offered for those of their brothers who had lost their lives in battle. That the Jews prayed for the dead shows that they believed in a place where they could be helped (which we now call purgatory) and that the prayers of their living brothers and sisters could help them in that place. This is closely related to the Catholic doctrine of the communion of saints.
During the Reformation in the 15th century, when Martin Luther decided to remove books from the Bible, these words in the book of Maccabees had so clearly favored Catholic teaching, that the WHOLE BOOK was removed from the Protestant Bible. Unfortunately for Protestants, even if they feel that the book was not inspired, it still tells us of the practice of God’s chosen people.
In the New Testament, in Matthew 5:26 and Luke 12:59 Christ is condemning sin and speaks of liberation only after expiation. “Amen, I say to you, you will not be released until you have paid the last penny.” Now we know that no last penny needs to be paid in Heaven and from Hell there is no liberation at all; hence the reference must apply to a third place!!
Matthew 12:32 says, “And whoever speaks a word against the Son of Man will be forgiven; but whoever speaks against the holy Spirit will not be forgiven, either in this age or in the age to come.” Here Jesus speaks of sin against the Holy Spirit. The implication is that some sins can be forgiven in the world to come. We know that in Hell there is no liberation and in Heaven nothing imperfect can enter it as we see in the next part. Sin is not forgiven when a soul reaches its final destination because in heaven there is no need for forgiveness of sin and in hell the choice to go there is already made.
Revelation 21:27: “…but nothing unclean will enter it, nor anyone who does abominable things or tells lies.” The place that is to be entered (the place to which this passage refers) is heaven
So the Bible clearly implies a place for an intermediate state of purification after we die, in the many passages which tell that God will reward or punish according to a person’s life.
    🙏💒🇳🇱

Jesus Taught us about both: Hell; and eternal damnation (this I believe is hell for eternity). She correctly mentions the single purpose given to each human soul upon entering this world. I spent alot of money on both Gregorian Masses and regular Masses for my Immortal Beloved after i experienced a special dream visit from her about 40 days after her death. She looked absolutely beautiful and the spring of her youth. She had a radiance about her and a smile and happiness like she just passed her bar exam or final exam for medical school. She mentioned nothing about Purgatory or showed me any distress. But because of my Catholic beliefs, i had all those Masses and candles prayed for her benefit anyway.

Purgatory is a place where a soul who has received Mercy (through the Sacrament of Penance aka Confession or maybe Sacrament of the Sick aka Extreme Unction), and has not been able to make reparation may wait after death. They suffer because they are caught in the Lord's judgment, AND yet, they have some knowledge of His Mercy because they have hope of entering Heaven!
Masses need to be requested on their behalf because these souls can no longer make acts of reparation to cleanse themselves of the consequences of their sin.
Thank you, Lord Jesus, for both your Mercy and your just Judgment!

OK... and when I first started buying Gregorian Masses for my Immortal Beloved and then family members the price went from $150 to over $300 in one Religious Association. One Holy Mass for the repose of a deceased Loved One went from $5.00 to $10.00. The problem with this Purgatory issue within the Catholic Church is it can be abused by the Clergy as a real money making opportunity.
Any rational, logical person not in the grips of grief, capable of critical thinking will realize this.
One Monseigneur told me to give alms for the Holy Souls. It's been my experience that when certain Catholics became disabled and had to wait 3 years for Social Security Disability judgment, the Church did very little to help that person and the Diocesan Priests live large and have Housekeepers. Just some food for thought.

If you're not Catholic and haven't been properly educated and catechized about how you need a Priest for the sacrament of penance or last rites, why start an argument about that here?
Besides this is about After Death Communications too with deceased souls. Protestants have no room for tbat either in their newer religion. Well, not all Protestants. There was one Protestant by the name of Emmanuel Swedenborg who lived when the Founding Fathers of America were still alive. Swedenborg wrote about his spiritual experiences. One thing I have di
fficulty understanding. With deep respect I ask: I thought Christ's suffering and shedding of His blood atoned for our sins. I understand that if we sincerely confess our sins especially by the Sacrament if Confession, there temains penance or tamifications for the sin(s) we committed....how can we "atone' when even in purgatory we are sinners...how can we atone? Is atonement in purgatory satisfaction of Divine justice for the ramifications of our sins? I greatly appreciate your response...I want to learn. Thank you!

We should willfully throw ourselves to The Stone to be crushed and then revived or He in His mecy and judgment as The Stone falls on us so we would repent and be made anew in Purgatory. Our choice.
Matthew 21:44 And whosoever shall fall on this stone shall be broken: but on whomsoever it shall fall, it will grind him to powder.
Servant pardoned by the King but doesn't forgive his debtor pit in prison in Purgatory.
A person in debt should has to make right before his opponent goes to the judge. Matthew 5:25
Agree with thine adversary quickly, whiles thou art in the way with him; lest at any time the adversary deliver thee to the judge, and the judge deliver thee to the officer, and thou be cast into prison.
Outer darkness, gnashing of teeth in Purgatory.
Matthew 8:12 But the children of the kingdom shall be cast out into outer darkness: there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth.
Matthew 22:13 Then said the king to the servants, Bind him hand and foot, and take him away, and cast him into outer darkness; there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth.
      Matthew 25:30
And cast ye the unprofitable servant into outer darkness: there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth.

Christ death was for Adam sin .before Christ death humans could do only a sin and they would end up in hell.now after Christ sacrifice is enough to have more good sins than bad to be saved
