edit : I wish you could put a general resolution like approximately the same as the blue twitch panels , because they look bigger which is good like you could use the same res on that new twitch panel too .

when i bring in a photo at this project size it auto sizes the photo to the project and distorts it badly

When I save my image as PNG it gets saved but not as a image but as a kind of document which doesnt opens at all..So I save my image JPEG and the background never gets transparent in it!

+AT GAMER If the image isn't a smart object there isn't any reason to rasterize. If you right click, and rasterize isn't colored then you're fine and skip the step.

Lasso tool is limiting your potential. Learn the pen tool. It's far cleaner.
