Not a big fan of green but the more I look at it, the better it looks. If the lug to lug was shorter for my small wrist. Nice looking watch
phenomenal watch love the color combo
We know how you feel about green watches, so kudos for reviewing this one.
Some of the design cues remind me of UW watches. Nicely legible and fun,
but a wee bit pricey for me.
Cracking watch, I'll keep my open for a good used one in time to come
Lovely watch. Great colour for St. Patricks day. Great video. 👍
Thanks mate 👍
Nice review, I like your voice. :) This is an outstanding level of quality, both the watch and packaging. And a pre-production nonetheless, so high expectations for the final version. The design is very well thought out and some popping colour versions. First diver I will buy in over 10 years.
Thanks very much, appreciated 🙏
Diggin it
Nice watch. Cheers.
Cheers mate, thanks for watching!
I‘d love to purchase this beautiful watch but Kickstarter is a too big of a red flag. I‘ve watched the number of backers for the Ubiq first stagnate then go down day by day despite all the praises in various reviews of the prototypes. I really wondered why. Then I read about the horrendous disaster around the “Legato Diver“ which negatively affects the trust into similar projects like this. So sad.
I couldn't have said it better. It sucks to be caught up in all that, although not as sucky as being scammed. We will be putting preorders up on our site after KS and hopefully there will be more confidence there.
@@draysonphua Once I get the confidence that there is a real product getting shipped to real customers I will come back and happily order a Ubiq watch. Hope till then I’ll be able to make up my mind about the “best” color variant…
@@ulig12 That's totally fair! See you again soon!
The Legatodiver was a bitter pill to swallow in the way it turned out. However, in my experience it was a rare occurrence within the whole Kickstarter / watch community. Personally, I would wholeheartedly put my trust in Ubiq Watches and back the Dual Series campaign without any hesitation.
No thank you. Don't like the logo which remind me of eletronic appliances producer. Secondly aluminium bezels tend to scratch easily. Price is too high. There are funded but numbers of backers is far below their expactations. Referring to clasp actually they were forced to make it standard as there was a time when backers started to withdraw
Thanks for your feedback
I don’t think the slightly underwhelming clasp on the prototype is the reason why some chose to withdraw. KS watch fundings have a trust problem fueled by the failure of a very similar project recently where to project starter basically seems to have burnt the money and faced NO CONSEQUENCES WHATSOEVER.
@@ulig12 which projects? The only one coming to my mind is Legato diver
