Solved my problem. I have two sets of wires feeding the outlet. One set is power from the electrical panel and one set feeds the rest of the outlets on the circuit. I had the wires connected to the wrong end of the outlet. I moved the wires from the top down to the bottom and vice versa.
Ground on the top the hot and neutral on the bottom. I had all wires at the top next to ground and it would not work. Moved the hot and neutral to the bottom and worked like a charm.
Installed and no lights. So how do I reset it? Button is not clicking when pushing it in.

@@kensell-lo4jg but what about one set? I put it on the line load and nothing.
