Introducing: New Employee Onboarding - a Microsoft Teams app template

In this 15-minute Site Admin focused demo, Nidhi Sharma shows a New Employee Onboarding (NEO) - a out-of-box solution based on customer input, and a collaboration between the SharePoint team’s new employee onboarding hub template in look book (including cost-effective content back-end and lists), and Microsoft Teams NEO app front-end. Onboarding is broken into a series of User Flows - that organize, remind, update, prompt, track, route, close tasks to efficiently deliver a structured and complete onboarding experience - day 1 to 90+.This PnP Community demo is taken from the General Microsoft 365 Development Special Interest Group (SIG) - Bi-weekly sync call recorded on October 15, 2020.

I have a few questions: Can you use this/make the app available for pre-hire activities? i.e. before their first day while they are still external users? Can you integrate with Workday? I see the Manager approvals and routing to HR - how robust is the workflow and can it integrate with things like creating requests for hardware or software in ServiceNow?

Excellent demo, however when attempting to download the NEO Sites SharePoint site templates, I receive a "This site can't be reached" error and cannot proceed. Has this link been deprecated?

I installed NEO apps but when I click on the review introductions, something like this
it outputs => There are no intros for you to review right now.
And the other question;
I installed an onboarding application in the team
but when I say sign in in the feedback section,
a page is not opening,
What is the solution for these two errors, thank you.
