My grandmother got heart attack once many years ago...dr said to not eat ghee, she denied and continued eating same amount of ghee, she never got another heart attack and lived more 15 yaers without any issue at age of 90 she never got any eye problems.

Have started using pure cow Ghee in my daily usage - in diet, skin. It’s an amazing change. I thought I couldn’t consume milk (lactose intolerance), but drinking Ghee every night with cow milk is making my body so much better and it ‘feels’ happy. 😊

We need video with diet plan, daily do's and don'ts, excercise, home remedy, ayurvedic medicine, etc for PE only.
Because I think PE is very Important topic and according to many articles, 36% men experience this problem and this number is only from the reported cases. Few percentage never even reports it.
In the "Ayurveda's take" video you were discussing about many different aspects and thus not enough of details were provided on that particular problem. Detailed video is needed. Please make separate video on it.
