I love this gorgeous home. Talk about being spectacularly situated, with a design that is stunning inside the home. The lot size is wonderful, for a family, and not easy to find!! The way the back of the house opens up on to the patio, and lawn, looks fabulous. The mindblowing array of amenities are everything people could want! What a terrific family home in such a beautiful area of the city!! Amazing video, Brad!! Crestview is in such a gorgeous area of the city!!

honestly the best house I've seen so far. Beautiful place, private but not lonely, lots of outdoor activities to keep you fresh. The house is modern, spaces are wide so you dont trip over your furniture (trust me, houses in uruguay have very small rooms, even the higher end ones), the decor is nice, the illumination is great. A banger of a house, just missing a bidet tho. Loved it!

The mud room is directly beside the kitchen - the fridge supplements the main fridge. There is actually a cabinet depth fridge going in so it will look less obvious!
What are the floors used in the kitchen, living room and upstairs? I'm absolutely obsessed with the tone! I'm in LOVE with them but they have me stumped though. In some shots they look slightly warmer in tone and in others look cooler. I feel like it's the perfect balance! I hate overly yellow/warm colored hard wood floors and floors that are too grey and cold. Would really love to know exactly what they are.

You obviously are quite selective in the homes you choose to showcase because they all look lovely and have their own charm. Every video is quite enjoyable and engrossing, even though we aren't even thinking of moving out west to Calgary....or maybe since Brad is so convincing haha!
