When i do bootrec /rebuildbcd and then :A it says The system cannot find the path specified

The Fs value you choose among the volume values of the disks should be Fat32. Some volume 2 values may not be Fat32.

Make sure you are running these commands from a Windows installation USB/DVD or recovery environment. If you're not in this environment, the bcdboot command might not be available.
2) Use the Full Path:
If you're in the recovery environment and still see the error, try using the full path for the bcdboot command:
X:\Windows\System32\bcdboot C:\Windows /s M: /f ALL
Replace X: with the drive letter where the recovery environment's system files are located.
3) Check the System Drive:
If you're not sure where bcdboot is located, you can manually navigate to the System32 directory by typing:
cd /d X:\Windows\System32
Then, try running bcdboot from there.

You must select the volume that fs equals Fat32. Some device has Volume 2 attributes value is the ntfs not fat32. @@xeose9

Once the computer boots from the installation media, select your language preferences and click 'Next'.Click 'Repair your computer' in the bottom left corner.Choose 'Troubleshoot' > 'Advanced options' to access recovery tools.
