I have been to that place irl. About ten years ago I signed up at a temp agency that sent me out to a moving company. They had contracted to move a business from one office building to another. The previous day a crew had moved all of the office chairs to the first floor so they could all be loaded and moved together. I spent the first half of that day in that space moving bunches of chairs to the doors to be loaded, the rest of the day filling an empty floor in another building with chairs. Thanks for reminding me of that.
This looks like my last job. We had 100 programmers writing C++ code for a bank. One day a whole bunch of guys dressed in "Men in Black" suit rushed in and grabbed all the computers. I was on the far end of the row and got up and went into the hall like I was going to the rest room but looked out the cracked open door. Though the crack I saw my boss confront one of the guys in black. He just pulled out something and sprayed him in the face and he passed out. Two other guys picked him up off the floor. I never saw him again. As a matter of fact I never saw any of my friends again. When it was all over I left the rest room. It looked like this. When I went outside hours later I saw a sign on the building that it was to be demolished tomorrow! This was twenty years ago. I have never told ANYONE what I saw that day and now live in Peru, hiding, waiting for UFO's to land.
Being an office worker I get PTSD every time I look at an office chair in my downtime. The chair is the prison of the office worker, a false illusion of comfort. I just posted this reply to someone, but i felt like it was a really good interpretation of why this video and the backrooms are so creepy. A bit out of context but the hypothesis is still the main focus, so here it is; *Infinity*. I'm not sure how far your education goes, but infinity is a very mind boggling thing when you really dive into scenarios revolving around it, and the "logistics" behind it. Entire math courses revolve around the concept of infinity, and although we can understand the concept, we can't actually perceive it because humans simply aren't 100% capable of it. It would be similar to imagining a color that we haven't discovered yet. Because of this, when you simulate space that's a visual representation of infinity it often makes people uncomfortable even outside of the backrooms or zoomers. Then just to add on top it, you place an object in the mix (chairs in this instance) and they go on for an infinite amount of time in infinite numbers. It's not the chairs that are creepy, it's the concept. Who placed the chairs there isn't the "why" question. The "why" question is simply, why chairs?, Do they hold significance? Would the place still exist without them? Is it possible the chairs are warping the light around them making us think that it's infinite but only loops in circles? What if I were trapped in that place? Would I find a way to get out using only old, broken chairs or would I slowly lose my mind only to find comfort in the only thing that I can see for miles? Chairs. Just to bring it full circle, it's the infinite space with infinite possibilities that makes infinite chairs so creepy. A bit imaginative, yes. Unrealistic? Of course. But is it a waste of brain power? I personally don't think so. Many great philosophers only came to their own hypothesis because of the outlandish thinking they were told they had at the time. Over time, Different perceptions of things will shape the music, art, literature, and morals of it's time and that change is not only the way we will grow as a species, but the only way we know how to function as a species as history has shown us. Thank you for the comment by the way 👋👍👍
All the textures are chair wheels so maintaining any form of "standing would be near impossible.. however, there are loose cushions to roll around on either like a tabbogin or a surfboard..
Hey, when someone finds the lost socks level of the Backrooms, let me know - I'm looking for the mate to my vintage rainbow toe socks and think it may have ended up there.
Well look on the bright side at least they don't have price tags on them.
What Ender sees after an earth quake:
1:40 attention to detail is important or is it suppose to be like that
I was worried that people might think it's a mistake but actually It's supposed to look like it's floating because level -1000 is a very volatile and glitched level. If you look at it you can see that camera focuses on it momentarily. But anyways, thank you for commenting, I really appreciate it.
@@depedi5373 I loved that the chair was not quite gravity-prone. Excellent detail!
Over 4 minutes of my life just fell into ;
'the backrooms'.
there's like a million dollar worth of office chairs
Fandom -1000 got changed into cooler level
So are there 1000 chairs in this level?
So that’s where my computer chair went…
i swear people use vr helmets attached to blender to make these things.
Chairs, Chairs, & more chairs!
I’d start organizing all the chairs.
Aren't red areas normally very dangerous?
but wouldnt it be the first lvl? bc technically its before lvl 0
POV: you came to class when everyone said they'd come today
Is it basically level 0 but with chairs
love the concept but good lord the breathing, looking down, looking up, rinse repeat was so boring. I really wanted to feel the fear and anticipation of things changing but that did not happen.
The office chair graveyard. Like the mighty elephant, they migrate here when they know their time is close.
Good one 😆
I wonder if there’s like a head chair. A chair of the chairs.
Well, at least you have plenty of sitting accomodations should you get tired from walking infinitely far 😬
