HUGE THANKS TO @WorldOfTanksOfficialChannel and @thetankmuseum
And all the individuals for making this happen.
mrhewes.co.uk
knocked out the park again. cracking work by all. think what i love is the end of the video you said 'im not making you like or subscribe, you do as you like around here'.. thats refreshing to not have that rammed in your face every video, far too many channels do that. Ted on top form as per usual.
Spot on target.
Congrats to Ted for all his hard work overseeing this huge project.
They couldn't have done it without Ted's supervision.
With Ted's help everyone should here a steak dinner. That means Ted too.
Ted's name deserves top billing on the memorial plaque.
It's ruff, being a barketing manager!
Must say that Ted was great supervising everything and I think he needs vacation too!
Legendary work restoring the FV4005 and taking us along on the journey! Buy the team a round of drinks on me! (and extra treats for the boss man Ted)
On behalf of the whole team, thank you kindly
You guys are amazing and do such a good job on the restorations, yes it’s been a few weeks since your last video but it was worth the wait.Keep up the good work and if possible take a group photo of all the team including the wives, girlfriends and sisters and moms that are helping out behind the scenes.Love you all.🎉🎉😊😊
I have watched all the video's on this, so please thank Ted for all his hard work.
Having watched the progress of this over the last few months, including the before and after shots I am in awe at the managerial skills of Ted! Pulling together his team to turn out this masterpiece. Good job Ted, and tame humans!
Ted is so modest!
Masive job! Just stunning! But can it actually fire a round is my biggest question.
Absolutely gobsmacked that shit barn is all fix up and ready for action 😮
Love the videos, remember you’re not doing RUclips, you’re documenting what you do for a living. Love it keep it up !
absolute awesome project ^^ i would love to see her fire.
Thanks for using/getting the remote mics so we can hear you when you are not 2 feet from the camera/phone. How far are you and the Tank Museum from London? Would like to visit both if I visit the UK again. I LOVE they way you include your dogs in the video. They are obviously loved and well taken care of.
that engine sounds soo smooth
Thanks Ted
❤
Looking forward to seeing it running on Saturday :D
Didn't expect to see you here bro
Dayum!
Thanks Ted
I love how humble Ted is. He's basically done all the hard work but you don't hear him bragging about it. Great dog, wonderful manager.
You don't see him off-camera!
(But then I suppose none of us do 😂 )
very proud to see the only FV 4005 to have been fully restored u did a very good job
It is the only one to have ever existed in this form.

Every job needs a project manager like Ted. Well done all involved.
He's worked his paws to the bone.
I cant wait to see the 4005 in person tomorrow. Ive come all the way from the states to see it this year. Your work has been super entertaining to follow and I hope everything goes smoothly with it over the course of Tankfest.
Welcome, Septic.
You’ll love it it’s a fantastic day out av been twice with the kids when they were young a loved it more than the kids 😂😂😂👍👍🇬🇧🇬🇧
Joe, There is only one thing left to say, and that is GOOD LUCK AT TANK FEST 2024. Seriously tho', you have done a superb job of restoration on the FV4005 in the short time you've had it. So there are somethings not quite ready, but compared to what it could have been with all the struggles etc. You've done Bloody Marvellous Miracles to her, and she should be displayed with pride and you should be very pleased with what you achieved in the time. WELL DONE JOE & TEAM....
Thank you, Ted for all your hard work! Love how well this came out!!
About bloody time, it feels like we’ve been waiting for months😉🤣
Pipe down ye gret bunglesfinger, :) everyone needs a rest and the output is always double top-notch, though I know you were joking, others have been a bit keener elsewhere. Cheeky bloody monkies!!
🤣🤣
10 days is like 2½ Ted months.
6 months and all that? That's well in my book. Parts had to be made, things had to be untangled, paint, troubles. Then some out time for some of the team. All understandable. Given how well it looks, it's surprising you managed to get it all as good as it is - and 90% running. When it's all said and done, it's going to be a great piece. You done did good!
If Germanay Could Do A Tiger Like That I Would Be Impressed...
I've got two CIty&Guilds and some management training , but then there's Ted, I'm in awe, thank-you Ted, much appreciated.
Outstanding......modest, knackered, rightly satisfied and proud: yes. Looking a fool in front of thousands, not a bit of it. Well done!!
Well done Joe and company, and thank you Ted for being so very Teddish throughout the rebuild. An excellent example to one and all. What a great video and hats off to Mrs Joe for all the great video production :)
You all should be super proud of what you have achieved mate , And nice hat
Great update, All of you have done excellent job of restoring the FV4005. Looks like it is ready for action once again.😁👍👍
The FV4005 is here 🔥
Fantastic work. After months of hard work, and entertainment for us, I wish you all the best for Tankfest. Enjoy yourselves, you'll be the star of the show.
I hope Ted is Grand Marshal.
She's looking fantastic, saw her years ago guarding the museum 😮 now she's back to new 😊
Stop the country going to the dogs....Vote Ted for PM 😄
So many fond memories of that tank.. dad was stationed in Bovington late 80’s with 3RTR, I had fond memories of playing on that tank.. thank you bringing it back to its former glory & also THANK TED YOU UTTER LEGEND 😂
The "tankie" thing was OK, but thrilled to see Ted getting the air time (and credit for his hard work) he deserves! GO TED!!
You should be incredibly proud of your achievements. No need to apologise for parts that are yet to be worked on. To achieve such a monumental task in such a short time is truly magnificent
Hats off to you all for this amazing project… bloody marvellous!!! Great team, great attitude, great videos… much love!❤️ ❤🤗👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
You think you've done pretty well!!!!! I and no doubt many more, would say you've done brilliantly!
Very well done guys!
Something to be proud of for the rest of your lives!
I think you guys did a great job having fun with your massive Tonka toy! Really a top job all thanks to the leadership of Ted 👍👍👍👍🇬🇧🇬🇧
The U.S. government needs their own Ted so that they might get some shit done for once.
Ted cut the timing fine, one day to go is close but he came through for the rest of the team
I’m gutted I couldn’t make tank fest to meet you all in the flesh and see the fv4005 too. Well done all 👍🏻
Thank you Ted for you hard work
With Teds brilliant planning and his drive you lads have done a great job Well done to all who worked on this project Keep up the good work love to see more
Thanks, Ted. Job well done.
Well done team Mr Hews, top job, nice to see some things can be re-manufactured in the UK! Keep up the good work, love the videos. Oh and shout out to Ted for the team management… 😂
Can't wait to see it in person tomorrow, you've all done such a magnificent job, just seeing the side by side of before and after filled me with joy. Spud rides on!
The Shitbarn looks great, I wonder if "Spud" will become a skin for the vehicle in game. Think the plaque with all your names is a nice touch, Teds name first though yeah?
Something struck me the other day, I wonder if others agree.. and you may not forgive me for pointing this out but it was highlighted by the sad passing of Donald Sutherland that you bear a striking resemblance!.. A strange synchronicity too that one of his most memorable roles was as a tank commander!.. Perhaps we should start calling you Oddball! 🤣
A dogs best friend is a man with bones,it is amazing what one dog can achieve ,with some idiot humans ,what a dog, sorry about Donald Sutherland dying( RIP ) Joe you look like him when he was young ,either way you have done the amazing ,again ,you are all truly top blokes , and dog of course
Many thanks to Lord Sir Ted for his commitment to keeping the project going, his world renowned management skills were needed more than ever on the 4005. Can you confirm the rumers that he's off to keep Elon in check and speed up the starship development?
Nice.. Ted's a good old boy fur sure to..
A fantastic effort by all concerned including Ted,,, great work on the 4005, I'll see you all at tankfest FEAR NAUGHT
Well done Ted! I'll bring Thatchers to Bov tomorrow as I'm sure he'll be thirsty ( or someone will be.....)😆
From Australia. You would be up shit creek in a barbed wire canoe without Teds brilliant Supervisory Skills.
I think Ted should be put up for an award, like the CBE, (Canine Bone Excellency)
Thanks ted for your financial support 😂
Looking forward to seeing you and the Fv4005 at tankfest.
Ditto.
The only thing that could top this, is seeing the Maus running. But that’s (and I can’t stress this enough) highly doubtful
It's a good job Ted is there as foreman to keep you lot in hand well done Ted FV4005 looks pukka oh yeah and you lot did ok as well

You and everyone involved have made history.
Technically, re-made it, but let's not split hairs.
@@DraftySatyr The minor details, yes. The turret and gun, no. I am very gladdened that it has been 98% restored.
Ted is obviously the brains of the outfit :D . Hes a good doggo !.

Ted must head the list on the plaque. Its only right.
Thank you, Ted. You're a scholar and a gentleman.
Truly a spectacular effort👍. Thank to Ted and all the amazingly talented crew who contributed to this dream project.
Well done that Ted. Superstar doesn't cover it
Thanks Ted! Always knew you could do it :D
My brother and I went to Fort Moore (formally Fort Benning) for an open house on their armor display April 27th of this year. It was very impressive. We also visited the American Infantry Museum and attended the live fire demonstration featuring 120mm mortars, drones, servicemen, Strykers, Bradleys, and Abram’s MBT’s. It was a great visit. If I ever make it to England I would love to visit and thank you for the many hours of enjoyment I have received from watching your videos. Thank you so much. From 2 older American pharmacists.
the actual shit barn lives again, good job lads.
Ted is the boss!😊
When do I get you and ur crew as a Tank crew in WOT??
Teds done a great job restoring the FV4005 , much respect to you all , she’s looking mighty fine

Well done Ted - pride of place on the plaque too would be fully deserved.
Thank you Ted, you’re are a superstar.
Just wait till Ted gives you your next mission. "This tape will self destruct in 5 seconds, good luck Mr. Hewes." Or something like that from "Mission Impossible".
I hope you and yours smiled. Like the ones you always give us. Thank you.
Well done Ted! You run a tight team.
Bloody hell Ted, you've only gone and done it!
Ted your the best thank you , great job.
In Ted we trust! Never had a doubt.
That is indeed a great work done with my crowd funding money!
