Bedridden patients need special attention because they are not able to do anything by themselves. A nurse assistant is recommended to take care of their daily activities including their personal hygiene. The second concern is their pain assessment along with the general examination, vital parameter monitoring, level of consciousness monitoring with the help of a Glasgow Coma Scale and we also suggest some other monitoring devices which could help in the best possible care of a bed ridden patient
