I remember watching LP 2 when I was a child, she may be a spoiled brat but she does learn from her mistakes at the end, I actually surprisingly respect her whenever she makes a mistake and learns from it. LP 1 is literally a demon to everyone, she's even a demon to her own parents, friends, but not only that she also doesn't even apologize while she gets away with everything.
The fact that LP1 even has friends to begin with is a mystery in and of itself. Even when kids are that young, they’ll still generally avoid rude and/or selfish peers.
Fun Fact: When I tried to look for the episodes of the Russian Little Princess, I ended up finding Tony Ross' Little Princess, Watched the episode about her Pacifier/(How did she call it again), I can safely say that she's way better than the Russian Little Princess

LP2 (whom I'm gonna call Evangeline) manages to redeem herself and become a kind and just queen that most of the people love. Although her parents weren't bad rulers, she has improved the kingdom drastically. She now uses her bratty childhood as a way to teach children to listen to their parents and be a good child, and while yes, she regrets her child self's actions, she isn't severely affected by them. LP1 (whom I'm gonna call Natasha) had a bit of a darker path. When she turned 7, her parents got her a babysitter for when they're away. Unbeknownst to the parents, the babysitter was very strict, using violence on Natasha whenever she misbehaves. This results in her changing drastically, but for the worst: in her pre-teen to teen years, she would stay in her room and cry to herself. She would never talk to her friends or even her parents, and no-one knew it was because of the babysitter, because they were good at covering things up. When she became queen, the kingdom went into shambles, leading Evangeline to ally with her kingdom and help her manage the tricky task. She often looks back at her bratty childhood, wondering if she actually deserved the babysitter's strict discipline.

She's usually mean, savage and often bites people, which lead people to joke around that she has rabies. Her first impression is just like that, but when you delve further and to more versions, you are sure to notice that she's not really that bad. Not just when you compare her to her younger siblings, she actually has moments where she's actually calm and savage is not so pronounced. Of course, that depends on the version you watch and I mostly know about her from Adventures from Moominvalley and what I know about her from the 3D adaptation is mostly from just a few compilations because I'm trying to focus mostly on the version I watch right now, so I don't get them mixed up
