Watching this game live was a treat. You just knew that the Axis was gonna get punished for their lack of units and you could feel the desperation in all their actions, ending with Golden deciding to push into Stalingrad in 1942 with a resigned Romania vowing to hold the flanks. It was pretty much inevitable at that point.
I remember that a lot back in an old history channel documentary called 'The lost evidence' and a few others. You know, when they actually made documentaries and not alien hunters and pawn shop 'documentaries'
