I really love your videos. I am a budding independent artist. I have some suggestions for Public/Keynote speaking. 1. A lot of the habits you have trained yourself for youtube and videos you need to do the opposite. Slow down. Give statements Impact. Give the live audience time to digest, because they can't go back and replay the live speach. You are very excited. I get it. I am the same kind of person. Your presence is fantastic. You don't trip over your words. Let them have their moments. Give them weight. It will give them meaning. Especially in the midwest. People out here converse at a slower speed. It is something I had to adjust to when i moved back from Los Angeles. Great job though.

I spent a ton of time writing my own material. And perfecting it. Quit my job recently to focus on lyrics of upcoming project (amongst other factors such as not being appreciated) I’m a perfectionist when comes to mixing so I’d rather pay to record at studio and have their top engineer edit / mix for me. I then book 2-3 sessions to revise
And send to another engineer to master . Per record. = $1000.00 per song after cover art. Before any visuals / advertising & marketing etc. I try to create a new single once ever 3 months at least . How ever 4-6 months on average due to being indie. I’ve had my own studios in past had to sell for bills etc equipped with u87 yet at same time I still prefer to put my money into signal flow / recording process and engineers quality over quantity . And that follows into visual aspects as well when I film/ edit in 4K or 5k with red cam. But then like you’ve mentioned nobody cares . Because fall flat for advertising and marketing dollars but even when I have 5k to put solely toward marketing and put a song / vid on 50 sites blogs and vlogs
That is still peanuts compared to big naked artists and labels . I’m basically making a modern day glorified demo
We want that perfection but honestly quantity beats 'quality'/polish at the grass roots level. I basically quit my job too to work on this, but I'm not spending money because right now the time I gain from it is much more valuable to improve my core skills and build my connections. I can't compete with big money but I can build myself up, be innovative and give people a reason to support me so one day I have access to big money.
You definitely did a good job with the one take I got a lot of information out of this and I can say I really do appreciate your videos one day I just was watching RUclips videos and stumbled upon your videos and ever since then I have been hooked you are starting to change my vision of music in for that thank you #20daysoffocus

My Boy Orion, really does this! He's (right now!) running a real-time, life-time earnings spread sheet! He accounts for all expenses, employs himself, and has an hourly rate he pays himself. He's one person I know monitoring his wealth in such a way, and can boast to be "in the black" with records to prove his progess! It's really some professional shit! His approach to HIS life is with such minute detail, he GUARANTEES and optimal level of success in his life! I merely WISH to be as detailed and goal-oriented. Some awesome shit!

You have great content! I found some of your music recent videos and i'm now going back through and watching older videos as well. When you said you wanted to do public speaking a lightbulb went off in my head. I run an event coordination company in Charlotte, NC and we focus a lot on hosting events that gibe oppurtunity to new and upcoming artists. SHE WAS DISABLED LEVING ME NO CHOICE BUT TO THROW EVERYTHING DOWN AND JUST BE THERE FOR HER AND MY DAUGHTER .. with very little time in a run of a day I found my way to my music career . I MADE TIME . LOST COUNTLESS NIGHTS OF SLEEP JUST TO LEARN AND DEVELOP MYSELF. I ISOLATED MYSELF FROM THE WORLD AND DEVELOPED ALOT OF SELF BELIEF AND MY WIFE DIDNT SUPPORT IT NOR MY FAMILY. FAST FORWARD A YEAR AND IM STILL LEARNING EVERYDAY IM STILL MAKING TIME FOR IT EVERYDAY AND IM STILL LOOSING LOTS OF SLEEP

Figuring ways to release videos once a week, and stay on schedule, is super hard. Which is why I appreciate Adam and all his effort! For even my own channel, we are releasing music career tip videos once a week, and it can be tough to stay creative and on schedule. As long as we all commit, we can achieve anything 💪

I was they showroom videographer of a major classic car company their Ruskin fl branch. It was my job to take pics of vehicles as they come in and promo videos and edit them and upload
To their website . While maintaining the look of show room , cleaning bath rooms, mopping, doing salesman chores and lunch runs . Answering phones and doing every else job. They explained my job title as half video / photo . Other half helping everyone that needed help. Problem with that is I ended up doing my job and having to do theirs. Burned my leg on a t bucket second degree lol no complaint. Having to use hot box / jump box to jump start cars from 30/- today
Muscle and super cars . And spraying ether / starter fluid. Was more of a mechanic . All that for that 15 an hour
I caught them up 2 months of visuals
40 vehicles . They told me they no longer needed me and if I didn’t pull my weight they could do pics / vids themselves . Ha I didn’t even finish my shift I bailed

I don’t know if you have a video on where to start the building process but I have a home studio. I’m on all the streaming platforms and have music on RUclips. I’m about to make a music video for my new single and I really want to make sure I get some exposure for this release. I need to know the main areas besides marketing this release to start at. Like where do I put my money to make sure I’m not wasting my time and money on some aspect too early. I thought about building a website because I already own my domain. But I need money to do that. Idk.
