      Probably, bc he plays a physical playstyle. It’s hard for him to stay healthy bc he’s the same size as Steph roughly but plays in the paint like a Forward. And as a result he gets really beat up.

    • @skytron22
      @skytron22 2 года назад +10

      @@worldtree2027 Curry gets to the paint just as much as Kyrie, wth u talking about? Kyrie is just toxic to teams, that's literally it. Steph is the complete antithesis to Kyrie in that regard, hence why KD managed to make things work in Golden State. KD didn't have to be the leader on the warriors, and it showed in how efficient his game became. Getting beat up in the paint has nothing to do with decimating team chemistry. Don't forget Kyrie's whole vaccination fiasco, plus who knows what else goes on in the locker room and behind the scenes. Kyrie contributed greatly to the Nets implosion, and it is down entirely to his personality, not his play style.

    This isn't an ownership or GM problem. KD wanted Kyrie when he joined. All the players coming and going from the nets is about the players and how so many of them are soft and aren't real winners. Instead of trying to figure stuff out with great talent they wanna just break up and go play else where when adversity hits. It's why, even tho some of them have won championships, none of KD, Kyrie, Harden, or Simmons are true winners.
    This is nothing to do with the Nets and everything to do with KD and Kyrie.

Instead they wanted a heavy star oriented team that didn’t had a star playmaker to orient them! All they wanted was scorers and it got them to the worst defense in the nba. Let's see, KD has requested a trade and he's probably going to either Phoenix or Miami but there could be a sleeper team out there with the assets to trade for him. Now once KD is gone, they'll find a way to shop Kyrie or buy him out and let him walk but what everyone is forgetting about is Ben Simmons (remember him lol). He's either going to be gone or the focal point of what they do going forward.

      I think Ujiri and Toronto have the assets in 28 year old all-NBA Siakam, Trent Jr at 22, and 1st round picks. Those guys alone and a healthy Ben Simmons insures they are a playoff team next year and Houston isn’t taking home any easy lottery picks for the next couple of years laughing 😆

      @@j-roc6989 no one knows that for sure but if Nets get forced to taking Ayton (JAFRO err Jarred Allen is better than him IMO) whose motor and athleticism sucks and is definitely NOT a max level talent and some role players and picks or the likes of Hero and overpaid trash like Duncan Robinson who legit couldn’t see the floor in the playoffs for horrible defence and picks from Maimi they will not recover any time soon and Houston will make it out like bandits at the draft for the next several years. A team with Siakam, Simmons, Trent Jr and a number of solid role players not only makes the playoffs but probably wins a playoff round.
