- For photos of this event, see below in the description for links.
As the Rebbe, Rabbi Menachem Mendel Schneerson enters the evening services on 22 Shevat 5752 - 1992 (nearing his ninetieth birthday), he had already stood on his feet for some four hours greeting crowds, dispensing blessings, advice, and dollar bills to be given to charity.
These scenes, filmed in high quality by a JEM film crew with special access, contain shots of the Rebbe leading the evening prayers on the Yahrzeit of his beloved wife, followed by remarks in a talk to the public filmed from a unique angle. Finally, shots of the Rebbe distributing a special booklet with talks about the importance of the Jewish woman, along with a five-dollar bill and a piece of honey cake.
Over the next five hours, the Rebbe would hand out over 11,000 of the booklet to men, women, and children.

Now that's an amazing sight, make no mistake, you don't see that every day.may the God of Heaven bless these people to be strong in the midst of affliction and temptation.
May God bless protect and guide us all as we walk through this valley of darkness I pray Amen Read your Bible Revelations tells you everything. Read your Holy books they tell you everything
So on time...
Thank you very very much!
As a Roman Catholic I am touched at how vitally these Jews live their Judaism.
As another roman catholic I must agree
Thank you for letting us be part of this wonderful ceremony.
Not a ceremony.
This is a regular prayer done three times a day longest in morning
Having been raised in the Catholic Church (and although no longer practicing, I still consider myself very spiritual), I have often wondered how a loving God would tell any of his children they are not welcome in His kingdom if they do not believe a certain way...what is so inspiring about your Jewish religion is just how dedicated you are to your beliefs. I find it quite impressive, thank you for sharing your life with us~ 🙌 🕊️ 💕
In Judaism, we do not believe that only jews go to heaven. All people have an equal chance of going to heaven, also most people don't get eternal hell. Hell is only like 11 months and you go to heaven every sabbath.
Dedication is to the Lord
I believe all of us that firmly believe have asked for forgiveness and repented for our sins will return home to our Heavenly Father. It's not a religion it is our faith and relationships with those we encounter and with Our Creator. I was raised a Catholic but when all the horrors of sexual abuse and CORRUPTION came to my attention I continued to pray and still do. May God bless protect and guide us all as we walk through this valley of darkness I pray Amen Read your Bible Revelations tells you everything
We are all the same
What separates us all is our
“Believes”.
Just looking at Him inspires Divine service
that is the power of a tzaddik
The Rebbetizin passed away in 1988, and the Rebbe left us in 1994. RIP and ZT'L to them both.
10:33 is my dad
God Bless everyone in the comment section

What a great man he is truly missed! I will never forget the Rebbe. He will always be loved for his devotion to Israel and Hashem.
Forgive me of my ignorance but this man must be amazing to see the honour and respect your community has for him God bless you all.
Those chants are beautiful ! Love the rebbe
I don't like tearing up but whenever I see the Rebbe and the genuine love and admiration his congregants had for him, I feel I'm seeing something so rare, so special that tears come involuntarily.
A 'rebbe' or a 'rabbi'
I don’t get it.
Why is every dude there trying to jump in behind the old guy?
Good question... I don't think I've ever seen anything like this before.
They want to get close to the Rebbe.
I wanna open a hat factory in this place lol
תודה רבה רבה על החיזוקים המיוחדים יישר כוח תזכו למצוות
AMEN. AMEN. AMEN...
A wise, righteous and holy man. May we hasten the coming of the Maschiach with our actions!!
Amen!
If you don’t mind me asking, isn’t the world supposed to get really terrible before the coming of the Maschiach? So if you hasten the coming with your actions.. does that mean you’re doing bad things in order to make the world bad so that the Maschiach returns sooner? I’m trying to learn ❤️
@@RaccoonNation mashiach can Com in two ways, With Kindness,(less hardships), or with Judgement. Three times a day we ask for him to come with kindness. When or slightly before mashiach comes, there will be the battle of Gog and Magog. It is afterwards that God will be known as the ruler of the universe.
@@RaccoonNation we don't do bad things, the world will seem to be in disorder.
@@dartheater7348 Seems tha time is here.
Whats the name of the song they sing?

We need him now more than ever may he interced for all of Israel for good tidings of the gaulah
The darkest hour is just before dawn
Wow. Impressive is an understatement.
If anyone would like to expand on this school of philosophy, what is the significance of the rough housing and brawling behavior upon his entrance?
They just wanted to get close to him
@Calayugan Music Man thank you.
Amen.
Shalom Shalom Yaushalaim 🙌
Amen

Me too! Also where are the women? Or is this an all men's service. Woman not allowed?? 🤔😠
@@sandrarawn2147 The women are upstairs in the women's gallery during services and as you can see, the line alternated periodically between men and women.

♥️🙏
As the Rebbe enters the evening service on 22 Shevat 5752 -- 1992( nearing his Ninetieth birthday) OVER THE NEXT FEW HOURS THE RABBI WOULD HAND OUT OVER 100, 000 BOOKLETS TO MEN,WOMEN & CHILDREN
11,000 but still, superhuman
Bless the Jews and Israel.
Tellement particulier!
Moi ça me fascine.
אנו צריכים אותך
This is my favorite 😍 cause of the whole thing OK 👍
Wow
Are the candles stuck into bowls of salt? 🎉❤
What is the Rebbe giving them?
Why were the guys jumping into the trench behind him?
I can't say this is forsure what they were thinking, but it's probably that they want to be like literally followers and to follow and escort the rebbe to where the rebbe was going
What is the Rebbe ? Why are people pushing and pulling?
Because he is so blessed
The Rebbe is the spiritual leader of Chabad Lubavitch. The people are his followers. They are his chassidim. They want to get close to him, but not too close so as not to jostle him and also, to be respectful.
God bless ISRAEL
Amen
I wish someone would translate what he has said that would be nice
5:20 he was davening Mourners Kaddish at this point.
Çok ürkütücü bir ortam 😮😮

We raise up the name of Judah but do not just refer to judah today when we say Jews. Refers to all 12 tribes/hebrews/Israelites.
Where could I find that purple book about Jewish women?
Did you find it
Judaica world is a store, check online, they sell it
Was everyone fighting to touch the rabbi ?
yeah i didn't understand the pushing
No space in the room. 10,000 ppl in the small venue
they were pushing to follow the rabbi in his walk to lead the prayers not to touch him
I asked the question too. It seemed to me some sort of symbolic gesture. Waiting for a real heb to explain it.
