About my videos: These videos are a resource for anyone wishing to wake up from the dream of separation. Awakening, enlightenment, and liberation are becoming far more mainstream possibilities than they once were. There are many good teachers out there, and if you resonate with the teachings of Eckhart Tolle, Rupert Spira, or Sadhguru, you might find resources here that address these deeper promptings to investigate your true nature.

The inquiries presented herein are potent and can have powerful effects on the way you experience yourself and reality. If you feel you are at risk of harming yourself or others, these videos and practices may not be the best thing for you at the moment. Seek help wherever necessary which might include a hospital emergency department, a suicide helpline etc.

It's true, I had the big shift this week. I stopped eating because I lost the desire to eat. My preferences for food disappeared.

Deairing to "not desire" is still desire!

Give up that desire too. We need to see experientially what desire is and how it causes stress

I thought the illusion is the idea of a separate entity appearing when a desire emerges and claims responsibility for it, not the desires. It seems to me that desires are energy movements appearing in consciousness based on the conditioning of the bodymind. Like the desire to eat when you are hungry or to rest when you are tired. Even the desire to have fun or to do something that brings pleasure seems natural based on the conditioning of the movement we call mind. From another "perspective" though, everything that is appearing through our senses and labeled can be taken as an illusion; there is not a tree in reality, just energy moving appearing as a tree. In this case yes, desires are an illusion too. But in terms of liberation, desires seem to me ok as long as there is not a separate entity being confused by them. Maybe I am wrong of course...

Hi Angelo, I was wondering if you are familiar with Douglas Harding’s ‘The Headless Way’. I’ve been trying to put it into practice for some time now ( although I’m no where near what you would call awake). I am reading your book and just wondered

Great video as always-Weird question- but is there a way we can relate to 3 and 4 year olds that can keep them from heading down our normal human path?

@katiehodak6321 children are in a different vibration. That's changes around the age of 7, this is when ego starts to kick in. It's just the order of things. All you can do is guide them with the knowledge and experience you have had.
