    • @Kidpaler
      @Kidpaler 3 года назад +7

      The liquid on her chest was more than likely uremic frost. It's common in severe end stage kidney disease, which she died from. Basically the kidneys are no longer filtering anything, and so toxins buildup in your body and build up so much without dialysis that it gets under the skin and forces it's way to the surface, like dew glistening on grass.
      Ammonia breath is also common in end stage renal... A lot of these symptoms are just normal. The only out of place stuff is what would have caused the staff to faint. I think it's more curious as to why she had severe end stage renal come on so quick. I'm guessing she came into contact with something.

    Left this comment on another video. I've been thinking about this case for a long time now. Can we take a minute to think about this? When Gloria's blood was removed there were beige or tan particles/crystals/flakes in her blood. One of the staff members who was infected, Dr. Gorchynski, also had the same particles in her blood when she was examined at another hospital. Her symptoms included trouble breathing, double vision, full body tremors that were notably painful. Another nurse claimed to experience having trouble with her hearing and aphasia. I forget her name, but I don't think it's known if the same thing was found in her blood. The blood samples revealed that there was a reduced amount of cholinesterase in the blood. That is something that happens when someone is exposed to pesticides. If you look at the symptoms of organophosphate poisoning, it does kinda line up with the symptoms presented. But not 100%. The things that stood out to me were the double vision explained by Doctor Gorchynski, and the other nurse's symptoms. Everybody's different and does react to things in their own way tho, so having some uncommon side effects isn't too crazy of a theory. So, let me wrap this up. My theory is that Gloria had been exposed to Parathion methyl, also known as O,O-Dimethyl O-4-nitrophenyl phosphorothioate. Either that or somehow a chemical reaction in her body was quite literally producing it or something very similar to it. Parathion methyl can cause heart problems, kidney failure, and SWEAT. When exposed to your skin, Parathion methyl can seep through into your blood stream. She could have been all sweaty and covered in pesticides, causing a garlicy, smell. The renal failure could cause the ammonia smell. I'm not sure how long the chemical is traceable. They could have very well not detected anything after the toxic exposure happened if it had a short halflife. Also, there could have been a huge cover up as to how she got poisoned in the first place, so they tried to make people believe it was mass hysteria, and when that wasnt accepted, they had to make up this crazy DMSO to Dimethyl sulfate.

    I feel like there is missing information of her normal life. Like she was ingesting something, bathing in something, just something different that many people would not think is that weird. But it mixed with other events (changes in the hospital, her own body malfunction, other external factors) caused synergy to make this outcome.

    Fun fact: Gloria's family thinks that the hospital itself is what caused her death because of a gas leak 3 years prior. " I honestly think my sister would have lived if she hadn't gone to that hospital that night.“ and that's a literal quote from her sister.

    Stephanie Albright, the medical examiner in charge of her autopsy committed su!cide shortly after Gloria’s autopsy. Riverside County representatives pressured her to find answers; she cracked under the stress. This case was stressful for a lot of people involved. So sad😥
    I really hope Dr. Julie Gorchynski is doing well. She was sicker than any of the staff that night. She spent weeks in the hospital. People actually thought it was in her head. She even went on talk shows to explain what happened that night.

    1. (Cancer patient + ammonia smell) = body was decaying on the inside
    2. defribilator charge probably caused the ammonia to be released
    3. Hospitals use bleach. Floors were probably cleaned prior. (Ammonia + Bleach = Mustard Gas)
    4. Small traces of mustard gas were what made staff sick until they received fresh ventilation.
    There, solved. Lol

    Garlic smell can appear, when certain bacteria starts decomposing flesh. So my guess is that she was carrier of particularly poisonous variety, that, combined with chemicals from cancer-caused decomposition of her body, made very dangerous mix. Strange particles in blood could be bacteria's clusters. Chemotherapy for cancer has known side effect of immune suppression, so bacterial toxin was only cause of symptoms for hospital workers, as their immune system quickly neutralised bacteria itself.

    I remember when this happened. It took some time but they removed the body in a metal container. It was claimed for the publics protection. But the hospital and govt officials never were open or clear what happened to her. There was a lot of cover ups, autopsy without family notice, and missing samples.
    For the hospital to evacuate the building it was big. Hysteria would not be a reason. They came in bio suits and put her in a sealed metal box and buried her in it.

    I've used DMSO, and it actually doesn't necessarily taste like garlic; when it's used a taste like garlic occurs in the mouth. This taste occurs once it's used and absorbed by the body, you taste it regardless of the substance ever being in your mouth. Also another fun fact about DMSO is that it speeds osmotic transfer, so it is incredibly helpful for issues with inflammation because it causes the fluid buildup to be dispersed. Also, it was originally a by product of making wood pulp into paper.

    She took a large amount of DMSO, a painkiller used mostly for arthritis. Her body, likely triggered by the increase of oxygen to her blood during CPR, metabolized it into Dimethyl Sulfide. Note the second word in that name, it pretty much says it all. So she wasn't someone who was somehow living with this toxic body chemistry, it was created then and there in the ER. As far as I know, the "missing heart" is either due to it being discarded after one of her three autopsies or is just embellished b.s.
