I have this watch, and I can say the meteorite pattern on this particular watch in the video is one of the nicest I've seen. Mine is more abstract with less color variation.

That’s a beauty. The smaller “regular” Lunar Pilot or the Jet Star is definitely on my future purchase list. Thanks for showing it to us! As for the price, it is what it is. The high price obviously is due to the exclusivity, and I’m sure there are plenty of people who want it.

A superlative video. Beautifully produced and presented. I've never been a fan of meteorite dials but this one is relatively attractive.
I own the original bracelet model, bought pre-owned in 2015, the year introduced. There were a few on the market because of the size. Paid $285 on ebay. I thought it would make a great addition to my 1971 model Omega Speedmaster Professional, which I bought used in 1988 for $375.
I love the original Lunar Pilot. That 3D dial is truly unique. My Lunar Pilot is within 40 seconds a year, but who knows because of tune changes. All I know is that it's accurate.
You're right about the price...way too high. Many high-quality automatic and manual wind chronographs out there in the $2,500 range.

I have the blacked out ‘dark side of the moon’ that I wear on a nato and also the reduced version on bracelet. They’re both great.

Beautiful watch and video, first time on your channel and I have not seen anyone do it like you have with the magnified intricate details of the dial and indices and hands. Looking for one but in india there is no place I can get a bulova and the only option is to buy it and ship it which doubles the offered price.

Just a point of clarification: This is the reduced size. The original is closer to 45mm. This 43.5mm version is the smaller of the two.

It was tempting but I ended up getting the blood moon edition…the price was just too high for me in meteorite… looks great though

I wish I could see one with a nato strap on this one. I think it would look great.

Bulova is an American brand that started in the USA, later moved production and it was Swiss made , until 2008 when Citizen bought Bulova and production started in Japan . Currently they are still produced in JP .

NOT HAQ. Accuracy is +/-5 spM. No where near HAQ (+/-10 spY.) From Bulova NP200 Movement instructions: "Exclusive Three Prong Torsional Resonator gives accuracy within 5 seconds/month" Better than typical Quartz (+/- 15 spM)

The 262kHz movement is awesome… and it’s Bulovas thing.
It also suits the watch perfectly.
It gives the chronograph seconds hand a nice sweep and is highly accurate, unlike an automatic.
