This is a simple chicken curry that we from Telangana cook at home all the time. Only difference is that we saute some onions in the beginning before adding chicken and the tomato paste is optional. Not sure where the fancy name "Hyderabadi Reshedaar" comes from. Nice idea to give the dish a fancy Urdu name and get more clicks 🙂
