It looks delicious! However, it may take a long time to bhuna the onions, masala paste, tomato, yogurt sequentially,one-by-one- to get to 7:05. I saw the masalas burning and sticking to the bottom of the pan in the video which ruins the whole taste. To avoid the masalas from burning use a medium to low flame but this too takes a long time - I guess the pahadi folks had a lot of spare time 🙂. To speed things up, grind up the sauted onions, masalas, yogurt and tomato together and bhuna all together on medium flame mixing every few minutes. This takes much less time, retains the taste and avoids burning...you can thank me later 😀I made a very similar dish my way but with mushrooms and the addition of cashew yesterday and it turned out perfect.

Ginger garlic and roasted garam masala mixed in a grinder in the beginning. See the video again
Used too much of spices but in one video of yours you just added three to four spices but taste was awesome..
