K9 is right at 4 ozs rather than 5-6 oz that is referenced here. All the other baits were high 2 oz to 3.5 oz. Seems like the sweetspot for the heavy. Thanks for the review, not much out there yet on these but I am interested!
I was gonna buy one of these rods a few weeks ago and didn’t because it always seems like every time I buy a swimbait rod under $250 it’s a pos and I regret buying it. So I bought an Omega heavy instead.
Hey man, glad you put a video out before the drop. I’m gonna pick up the soft swim for citizen 6s but I was wondering if this rod has double footed guides all the way up cause I fish braid to leader, if you could let me know that’d be great. Thanks !
I like the split grip on my Daily, looks about the same as this rod. And personally, I hate the bait keeper / hook hanger below the reel seat. It feels like there's too much line out to keep good tension on it even with a few tightening wraps around the rod, and it gets tangled in everything.
In my opinion the pros of a paddle board outweigh the cons. I can roll mine up and travel anywhere with it, in any car. Honda fit to a full size truck with taking up minimal room in both. Not to mention the price of entry is ridiculously cheap compared to other platforms to get on the water. It’s all personal preference, I’ve had mine for 2 years now and have never regretted it in the slightest. It’s worked for my style of fishing and has kept me off the bank.

Great video dude! I’m trying to decide if I wanna get a MH simple faith and the soft bait simple faith or if I wanna just get the alpha soft swim.

Thank you for the review! Did you get a chance to weigh it? It’s not listed on their site.

Great video and thank you for sharing

What's with everyone trying to fish from these damn paddle boards. Looks miserable

@@ScalesnTales_Media I'd rather be on the bank, but I bring too many rods and too much tackle to be on something with no safe storage
You’re seriously missing out. You can fish everywhere. Try lightening your tackle. You can totally carry two rods on a paddle board
