[Guild Wars 2] Core Engineer Gold 1 PvP

Returning to the game after a little break with Helldivers.
I enjoy Core builds but a lot of what I've done rely on rifle or shield and wanted to see what pistol offhand could do. Also I love Elixir X with Moa and the 'new' change to have it proc Lich is an interesting choice.
